Inclusive 500 UK Minutes: - ? User Feature Pack Licences (with Inclusive 500 UK Minutes) are bought on a per User basis, but the Inclusive 500 UK Minutes are pooled across Users at customer account level. Unused minutes are not carried forward to the next month.
- ? If Inclusive 500 UK Minutes are used before the end of the month additional minutes are charged at the rates shown in the tables set out in the Call Charges section below.

Unlimited UK Minutes and Inclusive 500 UK Minutes ? Inclusive 500 UK Minutes and Unlimited UK Minutes cover calls to call types 01, 02, 03, 05 (where charged at g21 rates), UK fixed to mobile calls - (including to all fm charge rates (as set out in Table B below) but excluding calls to specialised numbers at other rates (as set out in Table C below)) and calls to fixed destinations in the Republic of Ireland. |
Calls will be terminated by BT after 4 hours. |
Each User account shall have a call limit of £100 a day and £300 a month. The User may increase the call limit by contacting their Administrator. This call limit shall apply to all overage calls that are not included in the User Feature Pack Licences |

Calls to these number ranges will consist of an Access Charge (i.e. the part of the call charge, charged as pence per minute, to access the specific number called) and a Service Charge (i.e. the cost of the call). The BT Cloud Phone Access Charge is shown in Table A2. The Service Charge will vary according to the specific number called and is charged at the rates shown in Section 2 Part 13 and Part 15 of the BT Price List and the prices shown in Section 2 Part 1 Subpart 6 [1] of the BT Price List. |

API Usage Allowance and Charges |
The usage allowance and charges set out below will apply where a customer uses APIs to develop private integrations with its CRM systems.

- APIs are only available to Cloud Phone Connect and Cloud Phone Collaborate customers.
- API call usage allowances are shared across Users at customer account level. Unused API call usage allowances are not carried forward to the next month.
- If the API calls usage allowances are used up before the end of the month additional API calls will be charged at ?0.0025 per API call.

BT Cloud Phone Termination Charges |
Termination of contracts during the Minimum Period of Service. If a customer terminates the Contract, the BT Cloud Phone Service, any applicable Order, or an individual User Feature Pack Licence for convenience in accordance with Clause 17 of the General Terms the customer will pay BT the Termination Charges set out in the BT Cloud Phone Schedule.

Migration |
If a Customer migrates from BT Cloud Phone, to another BT service, Termination Charges may apply unless the migration is an upgrade to a contract that is in BT's reasonable opinion, of an equal or higher value. |

Terms and Conditions apply - BT Cloud Phone Service is provided subject to the General Terms, the BT Cloud Phone Schedule (?Schedule?) and the RingCentral Development Platform Annex to the BT Cloud Phone Schedule and Cloud Work Schedule (?Annex?) which are available at http://www.bt.com/terms under Terms for Business/Business Phone Systems and then IP Communications for the Schedule and the Annex. BT Cloud Phone is for the customer's own use and must not be resold or otherwise transferred.
