This tariff is available to eligible new and existing residential customers who agree to take Friends & Family International for an initial minimum period of 12 months, and any 12 month renewal period, in combination with Unlimited Weekend Plan, Unlimited Evening & Weekend Plan or Unlimited Anytime Plan. It allows customers the benefit of Friends & Family International at no extra cost per month for the minimum period, and any 12 month renewal period, thereafter the full price, currently £1.00inc VAT per month, shall apply.

The saving will be shown on the bill, under the Rental Charges section.

Customers must stay on their associated Calling Plan for the duration of the initial minimum period or any renewal period, unless they wish to upgrade. Customers may not downgrade within the minimum period or any renewal period.

If the customer decides to end their contract within the 12 month minimum term or any renewal period, they will incur a single charge for each month left of the minimum term. This monthly charge will be £2.50 for Unlimited Weekend Plan customers, £3.00for Unlimited Evening and Weekend plan customers and £5.50 for Unlimited Anytime Plan customers.

The tariff is available to customers with one of the following:

• Unlimited Weekend Plan;
• Unlimited Evening & Weekend Plan;
• Unlimited Anytime Plan;
• BT Together - Local Calls Option;
• BT Basic. Working Together

Service is provided under the Conditions for BT Telephony Services and the additional conditions set out below:

1. BT Local Calls Option, BT Working Together are no longer available for new supply, so customers taking this tariff will not be able to return to these packages.
2. Customers who qualify for BT Basic may migrate without fulfilling the remainder of their initial minimum period or any renewal period.
3. Customers moving home and retaining an account with BT will take the remaining initial minimum period or any renewal period with them.
4. Customers who are still in term with some other residential offers or contracted tariffs are excluded from this tariff.
5. At the end of the 12 month initial minimum period this contract will be automatically renewed for a further 12 month period commencing on expiry of the previous minimum period ("renewal date"). If the customer does not wish to renew this contract, they must let BT know before the renewal date.
6. BT reserves the right to withdraw this tariff at any time.
