Subpart 2:BT Business Infinity

General Description

BT Business Infinity is a Fibre service range and is provided either via Fibre to the Cabinet (FTTC) or Fibre to the Premises (FTPP) technology. A range of speeds is available depending upon availability up to 38Mbps, 52, 76 Mbps or 330 Mbps.

The Customer may choose from a range of BT Infinity options according to usage and support requirements. All options include as standard:

Unlimited access to the Internet via BT Wi-Fi hotspots;

10 email addresses with the option to host their own domain name and website

BT Business Hub 5

Customers have the option of ordering 1, or 5 static IP addresses. Additional charges will apply as set out in Sub Part 3.

BT will install the Service between the hours of 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday and connect one computer to the network. If the Customer chooses to use their own VDSL compatible router to use with the Service, BT will not provide support to customer's own equipment.

Service Care Levels

BT Business Broadband (Fibre), BT Business Infinity Essential and BT Business Infinity include Standard Care Service Care Level.

BT Business Infinity Unlimited and BT Business Infinity Premium include Prompt Care Service Care Level.

1. At the end of the Minimum Period of service of 24, 36 or 60 months, charges will revert to the charges applicable at the prevailing time for the 12 months Minimum Period.

2. Rental charges will continue after the Minimum Period of service at the same rate (subject to change as set out in the terms and conditions).

To enable this Service to be provided additional work is required for BT to bring the Service from the BT street cabinet to the Customer's premises. Distance based charges as set out in Sub part 3 below will apply.
