Residential customers with a BT Broadband service incur a charge for paper bills. | |||||||||

The paper bill fee is applied at the point of bill production on a per account basis. The fee applies to both monthly and quarterly bill payers. | |||||||||
The following bill types will not incur a paper bill fee: Initial & Final bills, supplementary bills, reminder bills, bill copies, front page only bills. | |||||||||
Exceptions | |||||||||
Only customers with Broadband incur charges for paper bills as they are capable of online access to billing. Customers can register on line at www.bt.com to receive electronic bills free of charge. | |||||||||
Accounts with the following services will not incur paper bill charges:
