Subpart 2:Calling Plans - Unlimited Evening & Weekend Calls - Not available for new supply from 21st June 2014

Unlimited Evening & Weekend Calls is an opt-in package that provides residential Customers with UK Evening and Weekend calls at zero pence per minute for the first hour of each call (other conditions apply), plus further special pence per minute rates for most inland and international calls. The option, available on PSTN incorporates line rental for one line within the overall option fee.

Eligibility

The option is available to all residential customers on a per account basis (where all lines on the account are at a single address) excluding customers who have:

(A)

-Business Lines

-Lines not provided by BT

-Public Payphone Lines

-Payphone Lines rented at the concessionary rate

-Out of Area Lines

-Exchange Lines provided at non served premises

-Service Provider Calls & Access

-ISDN Lines

-Shared Service lines

-Telepoint

-Temporary lines

and:

(B) the following Calling Plans:

-Unlimited Evening & Weekend Plan

-Unlimited Weekend Calls

-Unlimited Weekend Plan

-Unlimited Anytime Calls

-Unlimited Anytime Plan

-Unlimited Anytime Plan Plus

-BT Together - Local Calls Option

-BT Working Together

For item (B) above Customers may migrate from these options to Calling Plans without being held to term, and all fees paid in advance will be refunded on a pro-rata basis from the date of taking up Calling Plans.

Pricing Information

PSTN Lines

Unlimited Evening & Weekend Calls is available for an option fee of £2.12 inc VAT per month plus line rental of VAT per month plus line rental of £16.99 inc VAT VAT per month. This includes the following:

-Line Rental (for one line).

-The call prices specified in Tables 1a, 1b, 2, 3, 4 and 5 which include a zero pence per minute charge for the first hour of each UK Geographic call at evenings and weekends except those to Internet Service Provider numbers (conditions apply).

-Unlimited Evening & Weekend Calls is also available to Customers with 2 or more PSTN lines on the same account: the pence per minute rates for Unlimited Evening & Weekend Calls apply on all lines on the account.

-Customers will pay £50.97 inc.VAT fee per quarter for the additional lines on the same account.

* `UK' includes calls to 0870 numbers and to any number range charged at g21 rates and shown as 11 under Categorisation for Customer Options in Section 2 Part 11.

Exceptionally long calls, passing through multiple Evening or Weekend periods (via one or more Daytime periods), will not be charged for the first hour of each Evening or Weekend period. Pence per minute rates will apply at all other times.

Calls from Northern Ireland to the Republic of Ireland are charged at the rates shown in Table 1a above. Calls from Northern Ireland to mobile telephones registered in the Republic of Ireland will be charged at the same rate as calls from the rest of the United Kingdom to mobile telephones registered in the Republic of Ireland.

* each text message is limited to 160 characters. Where a request is made to send a text which exceeds 160 characters the message will be delivered as multiple messages each up to 160 characters length. Each text will be charged at the rate appropriate to the destination telephone.

Conditions

1. Service is provided under BT's terms & conditions for residential service as amended by the conditions below.

2. The zero pence per minute UK rates available within the Unlimited Evening & Weekend Calls are intended for voice calls only and apply to the first hour of the call (after which time the pence per minute prices specified in Table 1a will apply). BT reserves the right to charge Calling Plans rates in Table 1b, for the full duration of the call where the call has been made, for example, the purpose of accessing the Internet.

3. BT reserves the right to withdraw the Unlimited Evening & Weekend Calls from a customer where use of this service, in BT's opinion, risks degradation of service levels to other customers and/or puts BT's network at risk.

4. BT reserves the right to withdraw the Unlimited Evening & Weekend Calls from a customer where this service is being used for purposes that, in BT's opinion, are not in keeping with those reasonably expected of a Residential customer. e.g. Telemarketing.

5. If the customer decides to end their contract within the 12 month minimum term contract period, they will incur a single charge of £7.75 (not subject to VAT) for each month left of the minimum term.
