Home Phone Saver is available for a single option fee of £19.99 inc. VAT per month. whichThe includesprice lineof rentalHome (forPhone oneSaver line)won?t andchange thebefore following:1 January 2017. The price which includes line rental (for one line) and the following: - The call prices specified in Tables 1a, 1b, 2, 3, 4 and 5, which include a zero pence per minute charge for the first hour of each UK Geographic call except those to Internet Service Provider numbers (conditions apply) - Home Phone Saver is also available to Customers with 2 or more PSTN lines on the same account: the pence per minute rates for Home Phone Saver apply on all lines on the account - Customers will pay £50.97 inc. VAT VAT per quarter for the additional lines on the same account. |
Home Phone Saver customers (along with any other products they may have with BT such as BT mobile, BT TV, BT Broadband) are exempt from the Payment Processing Fee.
However, if the customer comes off the Home Phone Saver plan, and they don't pay by Direct Debit or Monthly Payment Plan, then they'll have to pay the Payment Processing Fee - a charge of £2.00 for customers on a monthly bill, and £6.00 for those on a quarterly bill. |
Calls to Local Number Translation Service (NTS) (0X45) numbers will be charged at the Unlimited Anytime Calls 0845 rates shown in Tables 2 (a) and 2 (b), i.e. not all these calls are eligible for the zero pence per minute charge. |
Calls to identified Internet Service Providers using geographic numbers will be charged at the rates shown in Table 1b. |
Calls of any type for which there is no Calling Plans pence per minute rate specified will be charged at the specified rate (including Chargecard calls; Directory Enquiries - all numbers beginning with 118 and Operator Controlled Calls excluding 198). Calls to the Channel Islands will be charged at rates shown in Table 1b below. |

Calls from Northern Ireland to the Republic of Ireland are charged at the rates shown in Table 1a above. Calls from Northern Ireland to mobile telephones registered in the Republic of Ireland will be charged at the same rate as calls from the rest of the United Kingdom to mobile telephones registered in the Republic of Ireland. |

BT Text Prices |
Customers with Home Phone Saver will be entitled to 200 free texts per calendar month.

* each text message is limited to 160 characters. Where a request is made to send a text which exceeds 160 characters the message will be delivered as multiple messages each up to 160 characters length. Each text will be charged at the rate appropriate to the destination telephone.

** Texts to premium rate services are not currently available.

Conditions | | 1. Service is provided under BT's terms & conditions for residential service as amended by the conditions below.
2. The zero pence per minute UK rates available within Home Phone Saver are intended for voice calls only and apply to the first hour of the call (after which time the pence per minute prices specified in Table 1a will apply). BT reserves the right to charge the rates in Table 1b, for the full duration of the call where the call has been made, for example, the purpose of accessing the Internet.
3. BT reserves the right to withdraw Home Phone Saver from a customer where use of this service, in BT's opinion, risks degradation of service levels to other customers and/or puts BT's network at risk.
4. BT reserves the right to withdraw Home Phone Saver from a customer where this service is being used for purposes that, in BT's opinion, are not in keeping with those reasonably expected of a Residential customer. e.g. Telemarketing.
5. If the customer decides to end their contract within the 12 month minimum term contract period, they will incur a single charge of £7.25 (not subject to VAT) for each month left of the minimum term.
