- 1. Service is provided under BT's terms & conditions for residential service as amended by the conditions below.
- 2. The zero pence per minute UK rates available within the Unlimited Evening & Weekend Calls are intended for voice calls only and apply to the first hour of the call (after which time the pence per minute prices specified in Table 1a will apply). BT reserves the right to charge Calling Plans rates in Table 1b, for the full duration of the call where the call has been made, for example, the purpose of accessing the Internet.
- 3. BT reserves the right to withdraw the Unlimited Evening & Weekend Calls from a customer where use of this service, in BT's opinion, risks degradation of service levels to other customers and/or puts BT's network at risk.
- 4. BT reserves the right to withdraw the Unlimited Evening & Weekend Calls from a customer where this service is being used for purposes that, in BT's opinion, are not in keeping with those reasonably expected of a Residential customer. e.g. Telemarketing.
- 5. If the customer decides to end their contract within the 12 month minimum term contract period, they will incur a single charge of £7.75 (not subject to VAT) for each month left of the minimum term.
