4. Charges, Allowances, Moves and Changes |

Note 1 ? Application of EU Roaming Data Extra |
(a) Subject to (b) below, EU Roaming Data Extra can be applied to any Connection and does not have to be applied to all Connections provided by BT under the Eligible Tariff. |
(b) EU Roaming Data Extra cannot be applied to a Connection - (i) On BT Talk Time Solo ? Platinum Plus (with or without BIS) ordered on or before the 6th January 2013.
- (ii) On BT Talk Time Sharer where the European Traveller Extra Optional Extra has been applied, unless the European Traveller Extra Optional Extra is terminated, in which case a termination charge may apply to European Traveller Extra; or
- (iii) To which BlackBerry Internet Service, BES Express Managed Service or BlackBerry Enterprise Server have been applied.

(a) The Minimum Term applicable to the Connection to which EU Roaming Data Extra is applied will apply to EU Roaming Data Extra. |
(b) Where a Customer requests the application of EU Roaming Data Extra to an existing Connection provided under an Eligible Tariff, EU Roaming Data Extra will be provided on that Connection provided that a minimum of 5 months remains on the Minimum Term applicable to the Connection. |
(c) Once EU Roaming Data Extra is added to a Connection any removal of EU Roaming Data Extra from that Connection during the Minimum Term will incur a termination charge equal to the outstanding additional Monthly Subscription Charge applicable to EU Roaming Data Extra due to the end of the Minimum Term. Where a Connection is terminated within its Minimum Term the additional Monthly Subscription Charge applicable to EU Roaming Data Extra will be included in any calculation of termination charges. |

(a) The Data Allowance applies in addition to any other data allowance included in the Customer?s Eligible Tariff. |
(b) Usage in excess of the Data Allowance stated in Table 1 will be charged at £0.38 per MB. Where more than one data allowance applies to the Connection, excess usage will apply where all such data allowances have been used on that Connection in that month. |
(c) Any unused Data Allowance (as stated in Table 1) cannot be carried forward to the next month. |
(d) Any Data Allowance stated in Table 1 which is unused will be lost on termination of the EU Roaming Data Extra Optional Extra, the Connection, the Service or the Contract. |
Note 4 ? Monthly Subscription Charge |
The Monthly Subscription Charge for EU Roaming Data Extra is an additional charge and applies in addition to the Monthly Subscription Charge applicable to the Eligible Tariff
. |
Note 5 ? Inclusions and Exclusions |
(a) The Data Allowance applicable to EU Roaming Data Extra applies where the SIM Card is being used within the EU (excluding the UK). |
(b) It excludes mobile data sent and received in non-EU countries and the UK. |
Note 6 ? Moves and Changes |
(a) After the relevant EU roaming Data Extra Optional Extra has been applied to the Connection for a period of not less than 3 months, the Customer can on two occasions per Connection within the Minimum Term upgrade as follows: - (i) from the EU Roaming Data Extra 10MB to EU Roaming Data Extra 30MB or EU Roaming Data Extra 150MB;
- (ii) from the EU Roaming Data Extra 30MB to the EU Roaming Data Extra 150MB,

Where such an upgrade is requested, the request must be made by emailing BT at mobile.care@bt.com. The new EU Roaming Data Extra will apply to the Connection from the next billing cycle. |
(b) The Customer cannot downgrade. |
(c) The Customer may on one occasion per Connection within the Minimum Term, transfer the EU Roaming Data Extra to another SIM Card provided by BT under the Eligible Tariff provided that the Customer has a minimum of 30 active SIM Cards provided by BT under the Eligible Tariff. |
