1. The offer will be available from 14th April until 30th June 2015 to customers who sign up to a contract for New Infinity or New Broadband with a 24 month Minimum OfferPeriod, using the Migration Authorisation Code (MAC) process and to who BT, at its discretion and by invitation only, make the offer available to.Period

1. The Offer will be available from 28th August 2015 to 18th December 2015 ("Offer Period") to customers who fulfil the eligibility criteria set out in paragraphs 5 - 9 below.

2. Except as expressly amended, the standard terms and conditions for BT Business Broadband at http://www.bt.com/terms will apply, together with Section 52 Part 6 of the BT Price List at http://www.bt.com/pricing.

2. The offer is available to all Customers who provide a MAC code at the point of sale. They must provide a MAC code to be eligible for the order.

Eligibility

4. The Offer will be available at BT's discretion and by invitation only to new BT Business Broadband Customers who, during the Offer Period, sign up to a new contract for BT Business Broadband (as defined in paragraph 5 below) with a Minimum Period of 2 years, and:

a) sign up to a new Line connection (as defined in paragraph 6 below) contract with a Minimum Period of 2, 3 or 5 years; or

b) resign an existing Line connection contract (originally subject to a Minimum Period of 2, 3 or 5 years), within the final 3 months of that Minimum Period.

5. BT Business Broadband includes the following options:

a) BT Business Broadband;

b) BT Business Broadband Unlimited; or

c) BT Business Broadband Premium.

6. Line connection includes the following options:

a) Critical Line;

b) Standard Line;

c) Value Line;

7. Customers must sign up to both a BT Business Broadband and Line connection contract to be eligible for the Offer.

8. The following Customers are not eligible for this offer:

a) Customers who are resigning an existing Broadband contract;

b) Customers who are re-grading their existing Broadband product; and/or

c) Customers transferring from a residential to a business contract.

The Offer

9. BT will either:

a) provide BT Business Broadband for free for the first six months; or

b) discount the standard monthly rental charges for BT Business Broadband, by an amount equivalent to paragraph 9 a) above, split equally over the Minimum Period of the BT Business Broadband contract.

10. All other charges, including connection charges, for BT Business Broadband will be as set out in the contract for that product.

11. Subject to the option chosen by the Customer in paragraph 9, standard rental charges, as set out in the BT Price List and/or the Charges Schedule, will apply:

a) at the end of the first six months of the Minimum Period of the BT Business Broadband; or

b) at the end of the Minimum Period of the BT Business Broadband, unless the Customer elects to upgrade or change the Service to another Service option.

12. This Offer cannot be used together with any other BT offer, unless specifically stated.

13. BT may withdraw or amend this Offer at any time without notice.
