1. The Offer iswill be available from 28th 18th May until 28th August 2015 2015to new customersto who18th areDecember purchasing2015 a BT Business Broadband product (as defined in paragraph 2 below) and who at BT's discretion and by invitation only make the offer available ("Offerto. Period") to customers who fulfil the eligibility criteria set out in paragraphs 5 - 9 below.

2. Except as expressly amended, the standard terms and conditions for BT Business Broadband at http://www.bt.com/terms will apply, together with Section 52 Part 6 of the BT Price List at http://www.bt.com/pricing.

4. The Offer will be available at BT's discretion and by invitation only to new BT Broadband Infinity Customers who, during the Offer Period, sign up to a new contract for BT Business Infinity Broadband (as defined in paragraph 6 below) with a Minimum Period of 2 years, and either:

a) sign up to a new Line connection (as defined in paragraph 6 below) contract with a Minimum Period of 2, 3 or 5 years; or

b) resign an existing Line connection contract (originally subject to a Minimum Period of 2, 3 or 5 years), within the final 3 months of that Minimum Period.

5. BT Business Infinity Broadband includes the following options:

a) BT Business Infinity Broadband;

b) BT Business Infinity Broadband Unlimited; or

c) BT Business Infinity Broadband Premium.

6. Line connection includes the following options:

a) Critical Line;

b) Standard Line;

c) Value Line;

7. Customers must sign up to both a BT Business Infinity Broadband and Line connection contract to be eligible for the Offer.

8. The following Customers are not eligible for this offer:

a) Customers who are resigning an existing Broadband contract;

b) Customers who are re-grading their existing Broadband product; and/or

c) Customers transferring from a residential to a business contract.

The Offer

9. BT will discount the standard monthly rental charges for BT Business Infinity Broadband, by £5.00 (five pounds), for the Minimum Period of the BT Business Infinity Broadband contract.

10. All other charges, including connection charges, for BT Business infinity Broadband will be as set out in the contract for that product.

11. At the end of the Minimum Period, standard rental charges will apply as set out at BT Price List and/or the Charges Schedule.

12. This Offer cannot be used together with any other BT offer, unless specifically stated.

13. BT may withdraw or amend this Offer at any time without notice.
