-Calls made via the BT Bill Direct service from users connected to Other Licensed Operators/Service Providers require those operators/providers to support the service by enabling the service access code, user calling line identity and call bearer type to be provided. Where these details are not supplied the BT Bill Direct service will not be available.
-The customer must comply with the requirements of the Data Protection Act 1998.
-Customers must accept BT's choice of billing mechanism for BT Bill Direct.

A business highway user may have up to 3 CLI's (Calling Line Identifications). An ISDN2/2e user may have up to 2 CLI's. A PSTN line has one CLI.
ISDN2 DASS2 and Business Highway have been withdrawn from new supply with effect from 10 April 2006.
