(a) Each set of 3.5" disks contains the customer's quarterly telephony billing information in delimited ASCII format. These disks do not constitute a bill. |
(b) The customer must rent a minimum of 50 lines. |
(c) This service is free for an initial 3 month period to Business Choice customers (d) who; |
-agree to nominate a maximum of 25 of their Business Choices sites and a maximum of 20 lines per site, |
-and agree to make no line or site changes in the initial 3 month period. |
(d) A Business Choice customer is a customer who has one of the following discount packages; |
Business Choice Levels 1 - 5 or Corporate Choices Scheme or Option 2000 |
or Business Choices: the 2000 Series & the 2000 Series Inland Calls. |
(e) If a customer terminates a 2 year contract before the expiry date, the customer will pay the charges which would otherwise have been payable for the remainder of the contract period. |
(f) This charge applies to a maximum of 20 lines per site at any one time. For additional lines, see specified charges. |

(n) Neither Internet POPulator service includes the cost of the BT exchange lines used in conjunction with the service. These must be ordered and paid for separately. |
(o) The minimum period of service is 12 months. |
(p) Customers will be allocated a number at BT's absolute discretion, calls to which from a standard BT fixed exchange line will be charged at BT's Local rate or Freefone rate as appropriate. If customers want to choose their number they must pay BT's standard customer choice number quarterly fee. |
(q) Calls must be delivered to BT PSTN or ISDN exchange lines. These circuits must be for the exclusive use of this service and should not be used for any other purpose. |
(r) The service is for data only. BT is entitled to take whatever means necessary to ensure that this condition is met, including inspection of the customer's terminal equipment. |
(s) Calls to the allocated number will be routed, via a simple number translation, to any BT fixed line number in the UK that the customer has chosen. No special routeing facilities are available. |
(t) The average duration per call, measured over the billing period, should not be less than 10 minutes. |
(u) Standard Enhanced Information Statistics on paper format will be provided free of charge on application. |
(v) If any of the above conditions are breached, BT shall have the right to terminate the service. |
(w) Where the Internet POPulator Service is to be used in conjunction with a number in the 0820 range, the customer for the service must offer non voice educational content provision services in the UK for schools. The 0820 number range is to be used solely for schools for on-line access to non voice educational content provision services in the UK via their chosen Internet Service Provider or On-Line Service Provider. |

(x) CHARGING/RECHARGING FACILITY FOR BT PREPAID CALLING CARD SERVICE The customer can dial *9 at any voice prompt after they have accessed the system regardless of their account value to request the charge/recharge facility. The minimum charge/recharge will be £10 and the maximum will be £50 and the customer will be allowed to charge/recharge in incremental values of £1. Only one charge/recharge transaction will be allowed per day (per 24 hour period) which commences from the last charge/recharge transaction) for each card account or credit card number. If an expiry date is shown on the card, such date (account validity) will be extended for a subsequent period from the date of the charge/recharge transaction. If no expiry date is shown, the expiry date (account validity) will be set on charging/recharging. This date will be advised to the customer by the BT operator. (y) Customer of Internet POPulator (Day Caller) must achieve (measured on the billing period) at least 55% of calls during the day time period. |

(ab) Call duration will be rounded up to the next minute for billing purposes, except for the access charge - this will be charged relevant to the carrier's tariffing structure. |

(ae) This charge applies to a maximum of 50 lines per report at any one time. Any additional lines will require a second report to be requested and charged for at the appropriate rate. In the case of large PBX/DDI groups on a single number this will not apply. |

VAT) tiers after which normal charges will apply, unless the customer informs BT to cease these reports. This restriction does not apply for BT Business One Plan and BT Business Rward £5000.00 (Exc Vat) and above tiers or the £5000.00 (Exc Vat) and above customer-based option of BT Business Plan, BT Customer Commitment or BT CustomerBusiness CommitmentFlex.. |
(ag) The reports are only available with the BT Business One Plan £500.00 (Exc. VAT) tier BT Business Plan (CR) and BT Business Plan Site-Based option and BT Business Reward £200.00 and £500.00 (Exc VAT) tiers upon request by the Customer and are limited to one report site per month. There is no report limit restriction with BT Business One Plan and BT Business Reward £5000.00 (Exc. VAT) and above tiers or with the BT Business Plan £5000.00 and above customer options, or with BT Customer Commitment or BT Business Flex. |
