This service enables Residential BT Chargecard customers to make calls at the prices in the tables shown below.

Pricing Information

Direct Dialled Calls

Calls from the UK are charged per second, with a one minute minimum fee. Chargecard calls originating from mobiles are charged at the same rate as direct dialled calls within the UK. Call charges are rounded up to a 10th of a penny.
Calls from a payphone will incur an additional charge of 12.00ppm (exc. VAT), 14.40ppm (inc. VAT).

Operator Connected Calls

Operator-connected calls are only available from the Chargecard Operator, not from the 100 and 155 Operator services. Calls are charged per minute or part minute from when the call is connected, with a minimum charge of one minute. A Facility Fee is also charged.
