Note: for Auxiliary Lines the Customer must upgrade or downgrade to exactly the same One Plan Call Package and cannot downgrade or upgrade to an equivalent Broadband Call Package on some Auxiliary Lines. |
(b) If the customer does not want to upgrade or downgrade the One Plan Call Packages on all Underlying Lines the Customer can end the One Plan Call Package on the Underlying Lines the customer does not wish to upgrade or downgrade. Note: for Auxiliary Lines there is no option to remove the One Plan Call Package from some of the Auxiliary Lines |
2. The Underlying Line cannot be provided |
Where BT cannot provide the Underlying Line and the Underlying Line is the only Access Qualifying Service the Customer is not eligible for One Plan and the Customer cannot take a One Plan Call Package. |
Where BT cannot provide the Underlying Line but there are other Access Qualifying Services, then the One Plan contract may continue but the Customer cannot have the One Plan Call Package on a line that cannot be provisioned. |
In either case no termination/cancellation charges will apply to the One Plan Call Package. |
3 Ending the Underlying Line If the Underlying Line is terminated or cancelled the following rules apply: (a) if the cancelled or terminated Underlying Line is the only Access Qualifying Service then the One Plan contract will automatically terminate. The One Plan Call Package will also terminate. BT will reconcile the customer and if applicable will charge a reconciliation charge (details of the reconciliation charges are set out in the BT Business One Plan Price List Entry). This is in addition to any termination or cancellation charges that may be payable under the contract for the Underlying Line. (b) if the cancelled or terminated Underlying Line is not the only Access Qualifying Service then the One Plan contract will continue. However as the Underlying Line has been cancelled or terminated the One Plan Call Package cannot be provided on it. Termination or cancellation charges may be payable under the contract for the Underlying Line. |
4 Cancellation or Termination of One Plan If the customer terminates the One Plan contract the One Plan Call Package will also terminate. BT will reconcile the customer and if applicable will charge a reconciliation charge (details of the reconciliation charges are set out in the BT Business One Plan Price List Entry). |
5 Cancellation or Termination of the One Plan Call Package If the customer terminates the One Plan Call Package then One Plan contract will continue. |
6. Cancellation or Termination of Broadband Where BT cannot provide Broadband or the Broadband is cancelled or terminated, the Broadband Call Package cannot be provided and the Customer has the following options: (a) the Customer can decide not to take a One Plan Call Package; or
(b) the Customer can take the Non Broadband Call Package on the Underlying Line and pay the Additional Monthly Subscription applicable to the Non Broadband Call Package.
|
Taking Two One Plan Call Packages in the same Calendar Month |
Where the customer terminates a One Plan Call Package (the "Original One Plan Call Package") and within the same calendar month contracts for a One Plan Call Package (the "New One Plan Call Package") on the same line, then for any call type that is common to both the Original One Plan Call Package and the New One Plan Call Package: (a) one Inclusive Minutes allowance will apply to that month for that call type; and (b) any minutes incurred for that call type under the Original One Plan Call Package will count towards the Inclusive Minutes allowance for that calendar month in addition to any minutes incurred for that call type under the New One Plan Call Package. |
Example for illustrative purposes only: A customer takes the One Plan UK Call Package and uses more than the 500 Inclusive Minutes and is therefore being charged at the rates specified above. In that calendar month the customer terminates the One Plan UK Call Package and takes the One Plan UK and Mobile Call Package on the same line. Under the One Plan UK and Mobile Call Package the customer will not receive a further 500 Inland inclusive minutes and will therefore be charged for Inland minutes at the rates set out above for the remainder of that calendar month. The customer will however receive the 100 FTM Inclusive Minutes. |
Termination Charges No termination charges apply if One Plan Call Packages are cancelled or terminated for any of the reasons set out above, but the Additional Monthly Subscription will no longer apply and consequently will no longer be contributing to the Committed Spend under One Plan |
