From 1st July 2013, we are reducing the price of calls, texts and data in the EU and EEA. This is applied automatically to all customers without any customer action required.

Extras

On and after the 1st July 2013, you can make a call at a reduced charge of 16p per minute from a BT Mobile SIM Card within Europe with 1000 minutes allowance including incoming calls with a Europe Roamer Voice Extra at £4.25 per connection per month.

In addition, you can get an EU Roaming Data Extra and pay monthly for a bundled data allowance. More information can be found on Part 7, Section 10.

Note 1 - Voice

Voice International and Roaming calls are charged at BT standard rates for Business customers, details of which can be found on http://www.bt.comhttp://www.bt.com/mobileeu

For voice calls when Roaming in the EU, the following applies: Calls made will be subject to a minimum call duration of 30 seconds after which per second billing will apply. Calls received whilst in the EU are not subject to a minimum call duration and are charged on a per second basis.

Note 2 - Data

DataThe charges apply to all Roaming isdata chargedsent asand follows:received via the Service. The charges are dependent upon the rates applicable at the time the data was sent or received. The rate for rest of the world is £6 per MB.

(a) ChargesCharges are incurred for data received and sent per SIM Card. Each MB of usage is charged on a pro rata basis in units of 1KB.

(b) Each MB of usage is charged on a pro rata basis in units of 1KB

GENERAL

All charges are stated exclusive of Value Added Tax or any other applicable in country sales, use tax or like charge in a country where the Service is provided, which is payable by you and which will be added to BT's invoices as appropriate. International and Roaming charges will be invoiced in arrears.
