02/12 BT Business ? 3 Month Rental Credit

The BT Business 3 Month Rental Credit is as follows:

Definitions

The following definitions apply in addition to those set out in the Customer's Contract for the New Lines and the Customer's Contract for the New Broadband.

?New Broadband? means one of the Broadband options listed below ordered on or after 28th May 2012 with a Minimum Period of 24 months.

?New Line(s)? means a Business PSTN, Featureline, Featureline Compact, ISDN2 or ISDN30 line ordered on or after the 28th May 2012 with a Minimum Period of no less than 24 months for Business PSTN and 36 months for ISDN2, ISDN30 and Featureline/Featureline Compact.

"Offer Period" means 28th May 2012 to 30th June 2012 (inclusive).

Eligibility and Benefits

1. The BT Business 3 Month Free Offer is available to Customers who within the Offer Period, are invited to take the offer and order a New Line and/or a New Broadband within the Offer Period.

2. Line Rental Charges - Where during the Offer Period, the Customer:

Orders a New Line, the rental charges applicable to that New Line will be zero rated for the first 3 months of the Minimum Period of the New Line. At the end of that 3 month period the rental charge will revert to the rental in the Contract for the New Line.

3. Broadband Rental Charges - Where during the Offer Period, the Customer:

Orders a New Broadband, the rental charges applicable to that New Broadband will be zero rated for the first 3 months of the Minimum Period of the New Broadband. At the end of that 3 month period the rental charge will revert to that stated in the Contract for the New Broadband.
