The BT Business 3 Month Rental Credit is as follows: |
Definitions |
The following definitions apply in addition to those set out in the Customer's Contract for the New Lines and the Customer's Contract for the New Broadband. |
?New Broadband? means one of the Broadband options listed below ordered on or after 28th May 2012 with a Minimum Period of 24 months. |
?New Line(s)? means a Business PSTN, Featureline, Featureline Compact, ISDN2 or ISDN30 line ordered on or after the 28th May 2012 with a Minimum Period of no less than 24 months for Business PSTN and 36 months for ISDN2, ISDN30 and Featureline/Featureline Compact. |
"Offer Period" means 28th May 2012 to 30th June 2012 (inclusive). |
Eligibility and Benefits |
1. The BT Business 3 Month Free Offer is available to Customers who within the Offer Period, are invited to take the offer and order a New Line and/or a New Broadband within the Offer Period. |
2. Line Rental Charges - Where during the Offer Period, the Customer: Orders a New Line, the rental charges applicable to that New Line will be zero rated for the first 3 months of the Minimum Period of the New Line. At the end of that 3 month period the rental charge will revert to the rental in the Contract for the New Line. |
3. Broadband Rental Charges - Where during the Offer Period, the Customer: Orders a New Broadband, the rental charges applicable to that New Broadband will be zero rated for the first 3 months of the Minimum Period of the New Broadband. At the end of that 3 month period the rental charge will revert to that stated in the Contract for the New Broadband. |
