1.1 Customers Customerswho choose who sign BT Business Infinity may be eligible for a governmentnew voucherBT thatBusiness willInfinity contributecontract tofor theBT connectionBusiness costsInfinity, ofBT theBusiness product. Infinity Unlimited or BT Business Infinity Premium ("BT Business Infinity") with a Minimum Period of 24 months may be eligible for a government voucher that will contribute to the connection costs of the product ("BT Infinity Voucher"). The scheme also applies to existing BT customers who re-grade to BT Business Infinity from one of the following BT Business Broadband products:

• BT Business Broadband
• BT Business Broadband Unlimited
• BT Business Broadband Premium
• BT Total Broadband Option 1
• BT Total Broadband Option 2
• BT Total Broadband Option 3
• BT Total Broadband Office
• BT Total Broadband Office unlimited
• BT Total Broadband Advance
• BT Total Broadband Advance Support

Eligibility

1.2 Customers In mustaddition meetto theparagraph following1.1 criteria: above, customers must meet the following criteria:

(a) The the siteSite where the broadband is to be installed is in an eligible postcode, as advised by BT; and

(b) the Customer;

i) has between 1 and 249 employees;

ii) has a company turnover that does not exceed ?43m OR the company Balance Sheet does not exceed ?37m;

iii) has not already received government (Broadband Development UK) or other public sector; funding to improve broadband connectivity for the siteSite where the connection is to be installed; and

iv) is not a public sector organisation.; and

v) has a connection speed which must have a connection speed which must exceed 30 mb.

1.3 For Foreligible eligiblecustomers, customers BT will credit the value of the BT Infinity voucher willagainst berental upcharges tofor theBT valueBusiness of [Price] againstInfinity theas total connection charges for BT Business Infinity (This is not available to re-signs follows:or re-grades).

(a) For customers who have not previously had a broadband connection with BT or any other provider ("New Provide Customers") the BT Business Infinity rental charges will be zero rated for the first 6 months of the Minimum Period.

(b) For customers who re-graded from one of the BT Business Broadband products set out in paragraph 1.1 above BT will discount the B T Business Infinity monthly rental charges by £5.00 for the 24 month Minimum Period.

At the end of the Minimum Period, the rental charges for BT Business Infinity will revert to the applicable monthly rental charges as set out in the BT Price List and/or the Charges Schedule

1.4 BT For New Provide Customers, BT will applyalso, after the voucherfirst cost6 asmonths follows: of the Minimum Period, discount the BT Business Infinity monthly rental charge applicable at that time as set out in the BT Price List and/or Charges Schedule by £5.00 for the remainder of the Minimum Period. At the end of the Minimum Period the £5.00 discount will cease to apply and BT will charge the monthly rental charges for BT Business Infinity as set out in the BT Price List and/or the Charges Schedule.

1.5 BT will recover the cost of the BT Infinitywill voucherrecover direct through the Governmentvalue Scheme. of the BT Infinity Voucher direct through the Government Scheme.

1.6 The offerfollowing isare onlyexcluded availablefrom on the scheme: residential, existing BT Business Broadband and BT Business Infinity, BTcustomers Businesswho Infinitymove Unlimited,premises (business movers) and BT Business Infinity Premuim with a 24 monthon MinimumDemand. Period.

1.7 The voucher scheme can only be used with the BT Business Infinity SpecialVoucher Offercannot - [Price] Discountbe Offerused ().with any other offer, unless expressly stated.

1.8 BT reserves the right to amend or withdraw the BT Business Infinity - Broadband Connection Voucher Scheme at any time without notice.
