Calls from Northern Ireland to the Republic of Ireland are charged as an International call as below (except where the call is being made from a Business Broadband Voice line which has a Northern Ireland geographic number associated with it, in which case, the call will be charged at Inland call rates).

There is no facility fee for 3 Way calls and any Reminder calls are charged as a local call.

Business Broadband Voice & BT Hosted VoIP International Direct Dialled Calls

International Direct Dialled Calls to fixed phone numbers and mobile phone numbers (mobile includes other special and higher rate services phone numbers). Full details of the International Charge Band allocated to each country are shown in Section 56 Part 20

Full details of International Mobile and other Special and Higher Rate Numbers including destinations and number ranges are shown at Section 2 Part 17.

Calls to International Direct Dialled (IDD) fixed phone numbers are capped. The applicable cap set up fees, fixed pence per minute rate, price cap and mobile pence per minute rate per country are as follows. Call prices are subject to the Capped Call Fair usage policy (Sub part 8 refers).

1. Capped call pricing

Capped Call prices will be calculated as follows:

The price of a call will be the Set-Up Charge plus the pence per minute rate specified, multiplied by the duration of the call in seconds, until the value of the call reaches the specified cap. The Capped Call price will apply until the call duration reaches 1 hour, after which the price of the call will equal the duration of the call less one hour multiplied by the pence per minute plus the Capped Call price from the first hour of the call.

Calls of any type for which there is no BT Business Broadband Voice / BT Hosted VoIP rate specified will be charged at BT's standard prices: See Section 2Part 2Sub Part 1.

Business Broadband Voice with BT Business One Plan Variant

The following exceptions apply for Broadband Voice call packages when taken with BT Business One Plan Variant;

(a) Call rates will be charged at the BT Business One Plan Variant committed tier rate unless specified otherwise.

(b) BT Business Broadband Voice Calls to BT Broadband Voice Numbers are charged at zero rate

(c) IDD calls are charged at BT Business Broadband Voice IDD rates

For Broadband Voice customers who signed contracts on or after 31st March 2011:

1. Broadband Voice service includes 500 inclusive inland call minutes per calendar month for each Broadband Voice line subject to the contract. Inland calls are defined as:

a) calls to 01, 02, 03, 05 (where charged at G21 rates);

b) calls from Northern Ireland to fixed destinations in the Republic of Ireland; and

c) Broadband Voice Calls to Broadband Voice Numbers.

Inclusive call minutes are not available with BT Hosted VoIP or BT Hosted VoIP Plus.

2. The 500 inclusive minutes are for use within the calendar month and unused minutes will not be carried over into the following month or included as part of any call spend or other contribution for the purposes of any BT call package including but not limited to BT Business One Plan/ BT Business One Plan Plus. Calls made within the 500 inclusive minutes will be rounded up to the next 60 seconds. Unused minutes will be lost on termination of the contract.

3. Subject to paragraph 1 above, all standard terms (including charges) for BT Business Broadband Voice Service will apply. Calls made to UK inland numbers, which are defined as: 01, 02, 03, 05 (where charged at G21 rates) and calls from Northern Ireland to fixed destinations in the Republic of Ireland, Broadband Voice Calls to Broadband Voice Numbers, in any month when the 500 inclusive call minutes have been used will be charged at the applicable package rate.

4. Any Broadband Voice lines with a BT Business One Plan call package whichalso provide 500 inclusive call minutes will receive the Broadband Voice 500 inclusive minutes only. The BT Businesss One Plan 500 inclusive call minutes will not be provided in addition to the Broadband Voice 500 inclusive call minutes.

Business Broadband Voice Plus is:-

1. Subject to a Call Allowance. See Subpart8 , Conditions of this Part for more details.

2. Inclusive of a zero charge for up to one hour for all UK Local and National geographic Calls (applies to numbers beginning 01 and 02 excluding Channel Islands, Republic of Ireland) and Business Broadband Voice Calls to Broadband Voice Numbers.

After one hour all UK Local and National geographic Calls will be charged at the pence per minute rate for the remaining duration of the call.

3. Provided subject to all other charges (including any Special Offers) being applied in accordance with Business Broadband Voice, except to the extent expressly amended above

Business Broadband Voice Call Package:

Customers who take the Broadband Voice Call Package for the additional subscription can take the Broadband Voice Call Package on any Broadband Voice line. The Broadband Voice Call Package will apply in addition to the Free or Inclusive 500 inland minutes. Please see above for details on the inclusive minutes. For details of the Free UK Calls Special offer please refer to 13/09 BT Business Broadband Voice Free UK Calls Special Offer Any Broadband Voice lines with a BT Business One Plan call package which also provide 500 inclusive call minutes will receive the Broadband Voice 500 free minutes only. The BT Businesss One Plan 500 inclusive call minutes will not be provided in addition to the Broadband Voice 500 free call minutes.

A Call Allowance applies. See Subpart 8, Conditions of this Part for more details.

1. The Broadband Voice Call Package applies to the following call types:

a. Inland Calls which are defined as: 01, 02, 03, 05 (where charged at G21 rates) and calls from Northern Ireland to fixed destinations in the Republic of Ireland, Broadband Voice Calls to Broadband Voice Numbers.

b. All UK fixed to mobile calls;

c. Fixed IDD calls excluding the following:

2. The Broadband Voice Call Package applies on a per line basis, and cannot be transferred between lines.

3. Any calls which are not included within the Broadband Voice Call Package will be charged at the applicable Broadband Voice rates as specified in this subpart

4. For calls which exceed 60 minutes in length, the minutes in excess of 60 minutes will be charged at the relevant pence per minute rates applicable to the capped Calls set out above.

5. Call Allowance: see Subpart8 in this Section.

6. Calls within the Broadband Voice Call Package will be rounded up to the next 60 seconds.

BT Business Broadband Voice Call Package with BT Business One Plan Variant.

As for Business Broadband Voice Call Package except any calls which are not included within the Broadband Voice Call Package will be charged at the relevant BT Business One Plan Variant rates as detailed in Section56 part 20 of the BT Price List.

There are two BT Hosted VoIP packages, the BT Hosted VoIP Standard and BT Hosted VoIP Plus, both are available with and without Business One Plan Variant:

If any Hosted VoIP tariffs are taken with a One Plan Variant the following apply:

(a) Call rates will be charged at the One Plan Variant committed tier rate unless specified otherwise.

(b) Business Broadband Voice is not available with BT Business One Plan Traditional

(c) BT Business Broadband Voice Calls to BT Broadband Voice Numbers are charged at zero rate

(d) IDD calls are charged at BT Business Broadband Voice IDD rates

(e) Calls within the Hosted VoIP Plus package will be rounded up to the next 60 seconds.
