3 Customers must have a BT PSTN line, order BT Business Broadband Voice and place an order or agree to a further minimum term for BT Business Total Broadband. 4 An outgoing call must be made using the first line: (a) within 90 days of placement of the order for the Services, and subsequently (b) at least every 90 days from the Service Start Date. Failure to do so may result in suspension or termination, at BT's option, of the Service to the first line. 5 This will not apply where the first line of the BT Business Broadband Voice service is provided to any UK businesses ordering the BT Business Broadband Voice Plus product. 6 Eligible Customers wishing to switch to a free BT Business Broadband Voice line from an existing chargeable first line will be charged for any remaining period of the chargeable first line minimum period. 7 Except as expressly stated, the standard Terms and Conditions for the relevant service will apply in addition to these Terms and Conditions. 8 Any calls made using the BT Business Broadband Voice service must be paid for at applicable standard rates. 9 Any additional BT Business Broadband Voice lines will be subject to applicable standard monthly rental charges. 10. Business Broadband Voice Customer Equipment may be required (such as Broadband Voice Telephone Adapter). 11. Customers must have: - Business Broadband from BT
