Subpart 1:Product Description

Priority Service

RESIDENTIAL

Priority Fault Repair is defined in paragraph 8 of the BT Telephony Service Terms.

BUSINESS

Priority Prompt and Total Care are not available for new supply with effect from 1 March 2010 .

Priority Prompt and Total Care is available to :

1. Business customers only

2. Customers/installations categorised as being essential for the preservation of Human life and/or

3. the defence of the Realm

and provides customers with Prompt or Total Care Service Level (Section 14:Part 1:) at a discount on the normal Prompt and Total Care charges ( Section 14:Part 1:Subpart 3: - Pricing). All other products are charged at the same rate as Prompt Care and Total Care for that product.

Priority Fault Repair

Priority Fault Repair is available for 999 lines which have been classed by BT as e(emergency) list service and provides customers with Total Care Service Level free of charge. (Section 14:Part 1:)
