1. This offer is available from 1 November to 8 February 2016 to Customers who BT, at its discretion, makes this offer available to and who:

• 1.1 enter new contracts for each product ('New Products") set out in paragraph 3; and
• 1.2 fulfil the eligibility criteria set out in paragraph 3.

2. The Offer

• 2.1 BT will provide a single price (as set out in paragraph 3) (the 'Monthly Bundle Price") for the bundle of New Products;
• 2.2 A new minimum period (as set out in the table in paragraph 3) (the 'Minimum Period") will apply to all New Products in the bundle;
• 2.3 The Minimum Period will replace the contract term of any existing individual New Products;
• 2.4 At the end of the Minimum Period, the charges will revert to the standard monthly rental/subscription charges applicable to the individual New Products as set out in the BT Price List and/or any applicable Charges Schedule.

3. New Products

3.1 The table below provides details of the New Products, Customer eligibility, the Monthly Bundle Price and the Minimum Period.

3.2 BT will charge any applicable connection charge for the New Products.

4. Termination and Early Termination Charges

• 4.1 A Customer may terminate either of the New Products under the standard terms and conditions of the relevant New Product. Terminating one of the New Products will not automatically end the contract for the other New Product.
• 4.2 If a Customer ends its contract for any of the New Products during the Minimum Period of this Offer:
• 4.2.1 BT will no longer provide the New Product at the Monthly Bundle Price and the charges for any remaining New Product will revert to the standard monthly rental/subscription charges applicable at that time as set out in the BT Price List and/or any applicable Charges Schedule; and
• 4.2.2 BT will charge any applicable early termination charges as set out in the applicable standard terms and conditions and if applicable, the Welcome Letter, for the New Products.
• 4.2.3 BT will calculate any applicable early termination charges using the proportion of the Monthly Bundle Price attributed to the terminated New Product, rather than the standard New Product monthly rental/subscription charges.

5. Calls and Lines Packages

• 5.1 Where a New Product is included in the BT Business Complete or BT Business One Plan/Inclusive/Traditional/Traditional Inclusive/One Plan Plus/One Plan Inclusive Calls and Lines Packages:
• a) the New Products will not be eligible for any additional discounts associated with the Calls and Lines packages; and
• b) the spend on the Monthly Bundle Price will contribute to any Committed Spend associated with the Calls and Lines packages.

6. Terms and Conditions

• 6.1 Except as expressly amended, BT's standard terms and conditions for the New Products, together with the BT Price List and/or Charges Schedule will apply.
• 6.2 Terms and conditions can be found at http://www.bt.com/terms and the BT Price List at http://www.bt.com/pricing.
• 6.3 The following terms and conditions apply with respect to the New Products:
• BT Business Infinity Unlimited - Contract for BT Business Broadband (BT1130 and BT1185) under "Broadband and Internet Services" and the BT Price List at Section 52.
• BT Business PSTN - Contract for BT Business Services (Telephone Service - Phone Calls and Lines), ISDN, Featureline, Featureline Compact (BT1130 and BT1049a) under "Lines" and the BT Price List at Section 1 Part 2.
• 6.4 This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other BT offer, unless otherwise stated.
• 6.5 BT may withdraw or amend this Offer at any time without notice.
