Charges for early termination of Fixed Term Contract are applicable (see Early Termination Charges for Fixed Term Contracts)

Charges for early termination of One Year Minimum and Fixed Term Contracts are not applicable if the Customer wishes to upgrade to an ISDN 2 or ISDN 30 service, providing the new contract is of the same duration as the existing contract.
