Description
VoIP Calls Commitment is a call-pricing scheme for VoIP Customers providing scaled discounts on Eligible calls.
For specific call types, the scheme delivers pence per minute rates which are then discounted based on the Committed Spend.
Customers applying for VoIP Calls Commitment must provide the eligible Inventory and details of any of its subsidiaries to be included in the scheme, and inform BT of any changes throughout the duration of the Contract.
Unless otherwise stated by the Customer at the end of the Contract Period, the VoIP Calls Commitment scheme will continue in accordance with the terms of the original Contract, i.e. at the same Committed Spend and Contract Period.
Customers should note conditions below which explain the circumstances that would lead to a reconciliation charge being raised if the Committed Call Spend is not achieved.
Definitions
Contributory Spend - Actual spend (exc. VAT) which will contribute to achieving the Committed Spend.
Committed Spend - Spend (gross of discount) which the Customer commits to over the Contract Period (as specified in the Application Form).

Pricing Information
The VoIP Calls Commitment Scheme overlay discounts are shown below:
The discount applied to the Eligible Spend will be dependent on the Committed Spend as specified by the Customer in the Application Form.
The VoIP basic call charges are shown in the table in Sub Part titled `Basic Call Charges' within this Part.
The Customer, in exchange for commitment to a one or two year plus contract with BT, can obtain a discount on the VoIP Calls Commitment scheme (see above for variable discount tiers). The expenditure level to which the Customer signs is the minimum amount that must be spent per annum. e.g. Committed Spend £10000.00 (for 2 year contract), £100000.00 year 1 and £100000.00 year 2.
75% of the Committed Spend for a 2 year plus contract must be spent in year 1. e.g. Committed Spend £100000.00 (for 2 year contract), £75000.00 year 1 and £125000.00 year 2.
Customer's actual annual spend will be assessed against Committed Spend once a year, in accordance with the Customer's billing cycle. At that point their actual spend is permitted to be up to 10% less than their Committed Spend. The `Contract Floor' is 90% of the Customer's Committed Spend.
If the Customer's actual annual spend is more than 10% below the Committed Spend, then BT will recover the discount overpaid and charge the Customer 20% of the difference between the actual expenditure and the Committed Spend which will be raised on the next appropriate bill.
