Line Rental Plan - Fixed Fee Evening and Weekend calls is available for an inclusive fee of £32.60exc. VAT per quarter (£37.50inc. VAT). For customers who receive VAT inclusive quarterly bills the charges on the bill will be shown as three VAT inclusive monthly fees of £12.50. The fee includes the following: |
-Line Rental (for one line)
-Line Rental Plan set of pence per minute rates (see Tables 1b, 2, 3, and 4 -contained in Section55 Part1 Subpart1)
-Connection of new and additional lines at £106.52exc. VAT (£122.50 inc. VAT)
-Line Rental Plan is also available to Customers with 2 or more PSTN lines on the same account: the pence per minute rates for Line Rental Plan apply on all lines of the account.
-Customers will pay £32.60(Exc VAT), ( £37.50inc VAT) for additional lines on the same account.

A payment processing fee is payable on each account for Customers who do not settle their accounts by Monthly Payment Plan or Direct Debit - see Section 15Part 12sub part3 . The payment processing fee is levied by BT Payment Services Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of British Telecommunications plc. |
If a customer agrees to replace a paper bill with an on-line bill, they will receive a discount of £1.25inc VAT (£1.09exc VAT) on their account for every month in which they spend at least £11.25inc VAT (£9.78exc VAT) on rental charges, provided the bill is paid by direct debit or monthly payment plan. Customers will receive an email advising that their bill is available to view on-line. |
The paper-free discount is available per account and to customers on Calling Plans, BT Together Local, BT Working Together and BT Working Together Talk. It is not currently available on BT Mobile or BT Fusion accounts. The discount is only applied on accounts where the customer has total rental charges greater than or equal to £11.25inc VAT (£9.78exc VAT) per month, before any other discounts are applied e.g. special offers. One-off charges such as usage charges, brought forward amounts, payment processing fees and any other non rental charges do not count as rental charges. The discount is applied for rental charges in advance. |
If the customer opts for both on-line billing and a paper copy they will not qualify for the discount. Additionally, if the customer changes the method by which they receive bills more than twice during any 12-month period, they will not be eligible for the discount. If this happens, the customer will need to continue with paper-free billing for a continuous period of 6 months before they receive the discount again. |
Calls to Geographic Inland Direct Dialled numbers will be charged at the Day/Eve/Weekend rates as shown in Table 1a. |
Calls to Local Number Translation Service (NTS) (0X45) numbers will be charged at the Local Day/Eve rates as shown in Tables 2 (a) and 2 (b) contained in Section 55Part1Sub Part1 |
National NTS calls 0870 will be charged at the rates shown in Tables 2 (a) and 2 (b) contained in Section55 Part1 Subpart1. National NTS numbers are those shown in Section 2Part 13of the BT Price List with a Categorisation for Customer Options of `4' |
Calls of any type for which there is no Calling Plans pence per minute rate specified will be charged at the specified rate (including Chargecard calls; Directory Enquiries - all numbers beginning with 118; 195 service and Operator Controlled Calls). Calls to the Channel Islands will be charged at rates shown in table 1b contained in Section55 Part1 Subpart1 |

Calls from Northern Ireland to the Republic of Ireland are charged at the rates shown in Table 1a above. Calls from Northern Ireland to mobile telephones registered in the Republic of Ireland will be charged at the same rate as calls from the rest of the United Kingdom to mobile telephones registered in the Republic of Ireland. |
Weekend calls are charged at 3.8pexc. VAT 4.4p( inc. VAT) for the first hour. |
Calls crossing time of day boundaries. Each minute of a call will be charged as per the price applying to the time of day period it falls within. |
Calls starting in the Evening and continuing into the Daytime period. |
These will be charged the Evening variable pence per minute for the Evening element of the call followed by the Daytime variable pence per minute for the Daytime element of the call. |
Calls starting in the Evening and continuing into the Weekend period. |
These will be charged the Evening variable pence per minute for the Evening element of the call followed by the fixed fee (of 3.8p) for the first hour and variable pence per minute thereafter for the Weekend element of the call. |
Calls starting in the Weekend and continuing into the Evening period. |
The duration of the call falling within the Weekend period will be charged the fixed fee (of 3.8p) for the first hour and variable pence per minute thereafter. The duration of the call continuing into the Evening will be charged at the variable pence per minute. |
Calls starting in the Daytime and continuing into the Evening. |
These will be charged the Daytime variable pence per minute for the Daytime element of the call followed by the Evening variable pence per minute for the Evening element of the call. |
