There are two Business Broadband Voice packages, the Business Broadband Voice Plus package and the standard Business Broadband Voice Package. |

Business Broadband Voice Plus is:- |
1. Subject to a fair usage policy . See Sub part 3, Conditions of this Part for more details. |
2. Inclusive of a zero charge for all UK Local and National geographic Calls (applies to numbers beginning 01 and 02 excluding Channel Islands, Republic of Ireland) and BBV Calls to BBV Numbers up to one hour. After one hour all UK Local and National geographic Calls will be charged at the pence per minute rate which is 2.6pence per minute (excluding VAT) charge will be applied on the remaining duration of the call. |
3. International Direct Dialled Calls are charged at the rates stated for Business Broadband Voice (see ii) below |
4. UK Fixed to UK mobile calls are charged at the rates stated for Business Broadband Voice (see ii) below) and |
5. Except to the extent expressly amended above, is provided subject to all other charges (including any Special Offers and calls to Number Translation Service numbers 08XX) being applied in accordance with Business Broadband Voice (see (ii) below). |

Eligibility |
1. Open to all UK businesses that order BT Business Broadband Voice when placing a new order or agreeing to a further minimum term for BT Business Total Broadband. |
2. The connection fee for the first line only will be waived together with the monthly charges for the duration of the BT Business Broadband Voice contract |
3. Conditions |
3.1 Customers must have a BT PSTN line, order BT Business Broadband Voice and place an order or agree to a further minimum term for BT Business Total Broadband. |
3.2 An outgoing call must be made using the first line: (a) within 90 days of placement of the order for the Services, and subsequently (b) at least every 90 days from the Service Start Date. Failure to do so may result in suspension or termination, at BT's option, of the Service to the first line. |
3.3 This will not apply where the first line of the BT Business Broadband Voice service is provided to any UK businesses ordering the BT Business Broadband Voice Plus product. |
3.4 Eligible customers wishing to switch to a free BT Business Broadband Voice line from an existing chargeable first line will be charged for any remaining period of the chargeable first line minimum period. |
3.5 Except as expressly stated, the standard terms and conditions for the relevant service will apply in addition to these terms and conditions. |
4. Notes |
4.1 Any calls made using the BT Business Broadband Voice service must be paid for at applicable standard rates. |
4.2 Any additional BT Business Broadband Voice lines will be subject to applicable standard monthly rental charges. |

International Direct Dialled Calls to fixed phone numbers and mobile phone numbers (mobile includes other special
and higher rate services phone numbers). Full details of the destinations and number ranges to which this applies are

Calls to International Direct Dialled (IDD) fixed phone numbers are capped. The applicable cap set up fees, fixed pence per minute rate, price cap and mobile pence per minute rate per country are as follows. Call prices are subject to the Capped Call Fair usage policy (Sub part 3 refers). |

Capped Call prices will be calculated as follows: |
The price of a call will be the Set-Up Charge plus the pence per minute rate specified, multiplied by the duration of the call in seconds, until the value of the call reaches the specified cap. The Capped Call price will apply until the call duration reaches 1 hour, after which the price of the call will equal the duration of the call less one hour multiplied by the pence per minute plus the Capped Call price from the first hour of the call. |
Calls of any type for which there is no BT Business Broadband Voice rate specified will be charged at BT's standard prices: See Section 2Part 2Sub Part 1. |

General Notes (applicable to both BT Hosted VOiP Standard package and BT Hosted VOiP Plus) |
1. Customers must sign a new Contract with either a 1 year or 2 year Minimum Period. |
2. Upon expiry of the 1st Minimum Period, the Contract will continue for subsequent Minimum Period(s) until such time as the Customer takes the action prescribed in the Service Schedule or terminates the Contract or Service in accordance with the Conditions. |
3. Following the 1st Minimum Period, the monthly rental charge will be automatically re-aligned from the appropriate monthly rental for the 1st Minimum Period to the appropriate monthly rental for subsequent Minimum Periods (see above). |
4. If the Customer notifies BT in accordance with the provisions of the Service Schedule that it does not want the Contract to continue for further Minimum Period(s), the provisions of paragraph 3 above will not apply or, if the provisions of paragraph 3 above have already been applied, the Customer will be charged from the date of such notification at the monthly rental applicable for the 1st Minimum Period. |
5. During the appropriate Minimum Period(s), the monthly rental will include one geographic number (in area or out of area) per line. Outside of the Minimum Period geographic numbers will be charged at the rates set out above. |
6. The Service includes BT Call Minder for Business VOiP as part of the package. Further details on the functionality of BT Call Minder for Business VOiP is available at www.bt.com/businessbroadbandvoice. |

*Geographic Number Portability Import enables the customer of an Other Licensed Operator (OLO), to transfer the number associated with their fixed telephony service from the OLO to BT. A telephone number which had previously been exported to the OLO from BT can also be imported |

Additional Lines - BT Hosted VOiP |
BT Hosted VOIP is limited to a maximum of 50 lines per group and is limited to a maximum of 8 lines per BT Business Broadband connection. |
The first Hunt group and MADN are inclusive with BT Hosted VOIP service additional Hunt group and MADN's will be charged at standard rate thereafter. |

Early Contract Termination |
(i) For BT Hosted VoIP Contracts (those entered into with BT before 8th December 2008) the termination charges are 100% of the outstanding rental for the remainder of the Minimum Period |
(ii) For BT Hosted VoIP (Enhanced) Contracts , the termination charges are:-
- During the first Minimum Peiod of a 1 year Minimum Period contract, the Customer would pay the total Monthly Payments (together with any Connection Charges) remaining for the Minimum Period.
- During the first Minimum Period of a 2 year Minimum Period contract, the Customer would pay the total Monthly Payments (together with any Connection Charges) remaining in year 1 of the Minimum Period and 20% of the total Monthly Payments (together with 100% of any Connection Charges)remaining in year 2.
- During subsequent Minimum Period(s) of both 1 year and 2 year Minimum Period contracts, the Customer would pay 20% of the total Monthly Payments (together with 100% of any Connection Charges)remaining for the Minimum Period.
