• PSTN & ISDN local, national, international (inc. International Circuit Switched 64 KBIT/S Data services for ISDN Customers) calls to Key Countries see Part of this Section and calls to numbers shown in Section 2 Part 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 or 16 of the BT Price List with a Categorisation for Customer Options of 1, 3 or 9.
• FeatureNet & FeatureNet Embark Off-Net calls, Night, Evening, Weekend, Afternoon Caller and Evening Caller Plus.

The following calls are excluded:

• Inbound Calls
• BT 0870, International Freefone and ValueCall.
• Outbound Calls
• International Calls (except those to eligible Key Countries), Chargecard Operator, calls to numbers shown in Section 2 Part 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 or 16 of the BT Price List with a Categorisation for Customer Options of 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 or 10.
• FeatureNet & FeatureNet Embark On-Net.
