4.-National-0870 NTScalls.

5.-No Discount

6.-No Discount may include Calling Circle.

7.-No Discount may include Inclusive Call Allowance.

8.-No Discount may include Calling Circle and Inclusive Call Allowance.

9.-Local Rate calls

10.-Information Services.

11-New Voice Services calls.
