1.-Mobile Networks

2.-Premium Rate Services and some NTS non-Premium Rate Services.

3.-Local NTS.

4.-National-0870 NTScalls.

5.-No Discount

6.-No Discount may include Calling Circle.

7.-No Discount may include Inclusive Call Allowance.

8.-No Discount may include Calling Circle and Inclusive Call Allowance.

9.-Local Rate calls

10.-Information Services.

11-New Voice Services calls.

Refer to the relevant sections in the price list (e.g. Sections 55 & 56) for information on eligibility.

(d) This applies to direct dial calls only. Within the UK calls made with a BT Chargecard will be charged at the standard Chargecard rate, calls to BT Helpdesks 0800 7312494 / 345144 / 3285144 and 7839091 remain zero charged. These calls made with a BT Chargecard, maybe eligible for discounts.

All calls made from abroad with a BT Chargecard will be charged at the appropriate standard Chargecard rate from the country of origin.
