Introduction | | WebPort Complete Dial Ports enable Customers to offer unmetered or metered dial-up services via, in the former case, FRIACO or a mix of FRIACO and NTS, or in the latter case, NTS. In the case of unmetered services, Port charges cover call charges. | Customers are required to order WebPort Complete Dial ports in the order multiples specified. Ports must be ordered separately across different types and the order multiple for each type respected. However, different Ports may be combined to get the best aggregate price. | WebPort Complete Dial Ports are available in Fixed Volumes and are inclusive of Internet delivery. Customers will be required to order a quantity of WebPort Complete Dial Ports in the given multiples to carry their IP/Internet traffic. These will be capable of supporting numbers in the ranges listed below. | BT will allocate dial-in numbers, up to the quantities shown in the table below which, when dialled, will assign the Dial In User an IP address and allow connectivity to the Internet. | Conditions for WebPort Complete (including Service Schedule) will apply. | WebPort Complete Dial Ports will be available in several types: | WebPort Complete Metered Ports: Calls are metered and charges are paid either by the Dial In User (for example 0845) or by the Customer (for example 0800). International dial-in calls can be provided at normal PSTN rates (i.e. not Local Call rates). Revenue share will be paid on applicable tariffs. | WebPort Complete Unmetered Ports: WebPort Complete Unmetered Ports are FRIACO based and enable Customers to offer unmetered dial-up IP services. Port charges cover call origination, and IP termination on the global Internet. WebPort Complete Unmetered Ports only support traffic on the 0808 99 33 number range, originating on BT lines. | WebPort Complete Dial Plus Ports: WebPort Complete Dial Plus Ports comprise unmetered dial Ports based on a mix of FRIACO and NTS traffic (08089933xxx and 0800). Call origination is included in the port price. Only traffic originating on BT lines is supported. |

| Revenue Share | | Revenue share is payable for WebPort Complete Metered Ports only. | BT will make revenue share payments to the Customer on calls generated by Dial-In Users to the number bands listed in the tables below, subject to the terms of the Contract. | The Customer will receive revenue share payments based on: - a)the volume band of Ports ordered and
- b)the value of call minutes for the time of day the Ports were used by Dial-In Users.
| A customer may aggregate an existing single SurfPort contract (including SurfPort24, SurfPort Plus or SurfPort Extra) with a new WebPort Complete contract in order to qualify for a higher revenue share volume band on the new WebPort Complete contract only. | 0845 Revenue Share Rates (Dial-in Users Pay Call Charges) | |

| 0911 023 Xxx Revenue Share Rates (Dial-in Users Pay G3 Rate) | | Customers will receive the 0845 revenue share rate applicable to their volume band and in addition the following per-call revenue share. |
| A prerequisite for the Customer to receive revenue share payments is that any changes to the Customer's billing details or its VAT registration number are notified to BT by the Customer as soon as possible. This ensures that BT is able to use a `self-billing concession' from HM Customs and Excise, whereby BT can raise invoices for the revenue share payments, with VAT added, on behalf of the Customer. | For those call tariffs that attract revenue share payments, BT shall pay the revenue share to the Customer monthly in arrears. Revenue share payments will be based on the total of call minutes, for all Dial-In Users, generated in the previous one month period, and rounded to the nearest whole minute. | If the minimum amount owing to the Customer in any one month is less than £500 (excluding VAT), BT will withhold the payment and carry forward any amounts owing to the following month. If, after 3 consecutive months, the total revenue share withheld has not reached £500 then the accrued revenue share will be cancelled. |
