Introduction | | Dial IP WebPort Flex is available in Fixed Volumes and is inclusive of Internet delivery. Customers will be required to order a quantity of WebPorts in the given multiples to carry their IP/Internet traffic. These will be capable of supporting numbers in the following ranges: 0845, 0870 09, 0800/0808, 0911, 0844 04 and 0844 09. | BT will allocate dial-in numbers, up to the quantities shown in the table below which, when dialled, will assign the User a dynamic IP address and allow connectivity to the Internet. | Conditions for BTnet WebPort Flex will apply. | International dial-in can be provided at normal PSTN rates (i.e. not Local Call rates). Call charges will be billed to the end user. No revenue share will be paid on International calls. |
| Delivery Options | | All traffic will be routed directly to the Internet. |
| Port Charges - Available Only as a Regrade of An Existing WebPort Flex Delivery | | The following port charges will apply. | Table 1 |
|
| Revenue Share - Available Only in Conjunction with An Existing WebPort Flex Delivery | | BT will make revenue share payments to the Customer on calls generated by Dial-In Users to the following number bands 0845, 0870 09, 0911 and 0844 09 (Pay As You Go), subject to the terms of the Contract. | The Customer will receive revenue share payments, based on: a) the volume band of ports ordered and b) the value of call minutes for the time of day the ports were used by Dial-In Users, | Premium rate numbers in the 0901 and 0906 range are also supported. Refer to Section 28 Part Sub-part 7 for tariff details. | The revenue share payments for 0845, 0844 09, 0870 090 and 0911 023 are shown later in this Part under the heading `WebPort Elite: Pricing Structure'. | A prerequisite for the Customer to receive revenue share payments is that the Customer is required to ensure that any changes to the Customer's billing details or its VAT registration number are notified to BT as soon as possible. This ensures that BT is able to use a `self-billing concession' from HM Customs and Excise whereby BT can raise invoices for the revenue share payments, with VAT added, on behalf of the Customer. | For those call tariffs that attract revenue share payments, BT shall pay the revenue share to the Customer monthly in arrears. Revenue share payments will be based on the total of call minutes, for all Dial-In Users, generated in the previous one month period, and rounded to the nearest whole minute. | If the minimum amount owing to the Customer in any one month is less than £500 (excluding VAT), BT will withhold the payment and carry forward any amounts owing to the following month. If, after 3 consecutive months, the total revenue share withheld has not reached £500 then the accrued revenue share will be cancelled. |
| Call Origination Charge - Available Only in Conjunction with An Existing WebPort Flex Delivery. | | The Customer is responsible for paying the call charges from Dial-In Users to the Service on the following number bands 0800/0808, subject to the terms of the Contract. | The call charges are based on: a) the volume band of ports ordered and b) the value of call minutes for the time of day the ports were used by Dial-In Users over the previous month. | The call charges for 0800/0808 are shown later in this Part under the heading `WebPort Elite: Pricing Structure' |
| Additional Conditions for WebPort Flex | | The committed port price will be fixed for a Minimum Period of twelve months. | The Customer will commit to their required volume of ports which, dependent upon the quantity required, will be subject to the relevant delivery timescales shown below. Billing for additional ports will be effective from the Operational Service Date. | Additional orders for more ports, which are submitted before the Operational Service Date of an earlier order, will result in a modification to the earlier order which may result in an extension of the leadtime if the total ports ordered exceeds 1,000 ports. | Additional orders for ports in excess of 1,000 ports, will be subject to a Minimum Period of 12 months. | Customers may reduce their committed volume of ports by no more than 1,000 ports, subject to 30 days notice. | Ports are charged monthly in advance, all call charges and revenue share payments will be made monthly in arrears. |
