Rental charges are billed monthly in advance and, call charges are billed monthly in arrears.

One Cloud Cisco service is only available where a customer orders a minimum of 500 Users or Trunk Channels.

Total Care is included as standard within the rental charges.

Moves, Adds & Changes

Moves, Adds and Changes apply after initial provision. Adds are treated as provisions. Moves and Changes refer to reconfiguration of initially provided features or the activation of features available but not chosen at initial configuration. There are numerous options which are grouped into Type A or Type B changes. These are available in the service description. Charges are raised on a per unit basis with Type A equating to 1 unit and Type B 2 units. If the requirement does not fall within these options Timescale charges will apply (see Section 15 Part 9 )

Self Service

The standard user interface is via IP Phone (the user interaction being via the LCD display and keypad) and is free of charge. Customer level Administrator Web based interface is provided per customer and is accessed via BTs GS Portal. The following charges apply to user interfaces. Users besides the phone interface may optionally chose a Web based User Login. Administrators responsible for Users at a location, division or customer wide domain may be allocated with a Web based Location Administrator Login or a Web based Customer / Divisional Administrator Login.

Re-instatement of expired accounts, both User and Admin, carries a single unit Moves, Adds and Changes charge.

One Cloud monitoring

One Cloud Cisco monitoring is a facility that provides access to information about the health and status of a customer?s service presented in a range of standard Dashboard Screens covering Voice Quality, Service Availability and Device Status. These key performance indicators are presented to the customer for each region the service is being consumed in (APAC, EMEA, and US).

Customers can specify up to 1012 individual Customer User ID?s to access the service which will be via BT My Account (GS Portal).

One Cloud monitoring is only implemented across the whole customer. All users; all regions.

The price per user above will be added to the One Cloud Cisco User rental prices e.g. Voice User will increase from ?7.50 per user per month to ?8.00, Collaborate User will increase from ?8.00 per user per month to ?8.50 etc.

Call Charges

Call charge rates for calls terminating outside of the customers network are charged as per BT Premier Value Band A. (Business Customer Options, BT Premier Value ) with the exception that all local and national calls will be charged at the g21 chargeband rate. OnNet calls between the customer's sites will be carried over the customer data network without charge.

Where customers have opted to deploy One Cloud Cisco services in conjunction with Featurenet services to realise a single dual technology (TDM/IP) voice network, calls that originate from a customer?s One Cloud Cisco site and terminate on a Featurenet site in the same customer network are to be considered OnNet and are carried without charge.

One Cloud Cisco Call Commitment

Any contracted annual Call Commitment Value is assessed against a customer's annual call spend on any call type made via the customer's One Cloud Cisco service. Any shortfall between the customer?s annual call spend and the annual Call Commitment Value will be charged in full to a single account. This single account can be nominated by the customer.
