One Cloud Cisco is a service that provides IP User and IP Trunk services to businesses and Government organisations over a combination of suitable IP based WANs and LANs. It should be noted that the WAN/LAN infrastructure does not form part of the One Cloud Cisco service offering and must be purchased separately, see other sections of the BT Price List for information.

One Cloud Cisco Users

One Cloud Cisco User products provide access to a host of advanced PBX and Unified Communications features typically from an IP device, without the need for the provision of a PBX. The service is rented on a per User basis and can be enhanced by a range of network and user features. Call traffic between the customer's sites is routed over the customer's IP data network. The service also provides inbound direct dialling in (DDI) facilities and PSTN breakout.

One Cloud Cisco Trunk Channels (SIP or TDM)

A Trunk consists of one or more virtual Channels, each of which has the capability of supporting a single call. The Trunk service allows existing suitably configured PBXs to continue to handle on-site calls, while traffic between the customer's sites is routed over the customer's IP data network. Signalling and network protocol converters (Voice gateways) may be required depending on PBX configuration and signalling type. The service can also offer inbound direct dialling in (DDI) facilities and PSTN breakout. Two key signalling types are offered, SIP or TDM. TDM consists of DPNSS, QSig or Q.931 signalling protocols.

One Cloud Cisco SIP Direct Media and Interconnect

SIP Direct Media provides the ability for voice channel connections to additional customer equipment such as on premises Voice Recording.

SIP Direct Interconnect provides the ability for a PBX to have an interconnect to the customers One Cloud Cisco network.
