The paper bill fee is applied at the point of bill production on a per account basis. The fee applies to both monthly and quarterly bill payers.
The following bill types will not incur a paper bill fee: Initial & Final bills, supplementary bills, reminder bills, bill copies, front page only bills.
Exceptions
Only customers with Broadband incur charges for paper bills as they are capable of online access to billing. Customers can register on line at www.bt.com to receive electronic bills free of charge.
Accounts with the following services will not incur paper bill charges:
? Customers on BT Basic
? Customers who already incur a Payment Processing Fee for their bill
? Customers on alternative bill media, including braille, large print & audio
? Customers with Broadband Talk with a stand alone bill
? Customers who receive a bill for VAT reclaim purposes
