This tariff is available to eligible new and existing residential customers who agree to take the Unlimited Evening & Weekend Plan for a minimum period of 18 months. This tariff is available for new supply from 1st April 2008.

This tariff allows customers selecting an 18 month contract on the Unlimited Evening & Weekend Plan to benefit from a discount of £3.30 inc VAT per month for 18 months. Evening and Weekend calls, to UK+ landlines, for up to an hour, will be provided at no extra cost for 18 months, rising to £3.30 inc VAT thereafter plus Line Rental £15.45 inc VAT* per month.

We will apply monthly credits of £3.30 inc VAT to the customer's bill in the Rental Charges section.

If the customer decides to end their contract within the 18 month minimum term , they will incur a single charge of £5.75 (not subject to VAT) for each month left of the minimum term.

Eligibility

This tariff is available to eligible new and existing residential customers with one of the following:

Unlimited Weekend Plan, Unlimited Evening & Weekend Plan or Unlimited Anytime Plan

BT Together - Local Calls Option

BT Working Together (for residential lines)

BT Basic

Service is provided under the Conditions for Telephony Services and the additional conditions set out below:

1. BT Together - Local Calls Option and BT Working Together are no longer available for new supply, so customers taking this tariff will not be able to return to these packages.

2. Customers may not upgrade to the Unlimited Anytime Plan within the 18 month minimum period unless they start a new contract term with a special offer or deal, nor may they downgrade to the Unlimited Weekend Plan.

3. Customers who qualify for BT Basic may migrate without fulfilling the remainder of their 18 month minimum term.

4. Customers moving home and retaining an account with BT will take the remaining period of the minimum term with them.

5. At the end of the minimum term of 18 months, customers will remain on the Unlimited Evening & Weekend Plan and pay the normal fee, of £3.30 (inc VAT) plus Line Rental of £15.45 (inc VAT) per month. Customers wishing to move to a new option at the end of the minimum term of 18 months may do so by contacting BT.

6. Customers who have taken any other Consumer PSTN Special offer or deal and are still in term are excluded from this tariff.

7. BT reserves the right to withdraw this tariff at any time.

8. All prices are subject to change.

+UK means Local and National calls, excluding calls to non-geographic numbers (e.g. 0845, 0870), Premium Rate services, operator -controlled calls, calls to the internet, information and paging services and the Channel Islands. Redial after an hour to avoid call charges. Other exclusions apply.

If you do not pay by Direct Debit ot Monthly Payment Plan you will be charged a payment processing fee of £2.00 (Incl. VAT) per month £6.00 (Incl.VAT) for every three month period by BT Payment Services Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of BT. This fee will be deducted from any money paid before any payment is allocated against charges for your service. You will not be charged a payment processing fee if you are a BT Basic Customer. All amounts due which are not paid by Direct Debit or Monthly Payment Plan will be collected by BT Payment Services Limited.
