1. BT, may, at its discretion and by invitation, for telephone sales only, apply the monthly line rental charges as set out below;

(a) for customers who already have a contract with BT for a Business PSTN line who are contracting for an additional Business PSTN line as follows, which is either a new line installation or the takeover of an existing BT line (a "New Contract"), who;

• (i) enters into a New Contract for a BT Business Value PSTN line(s) with a Minimum Period of 24 months, the monthly line rental due for that line will be £15.00 (excluding VAT); or
• (ii) enters into a New Contract for a BT Business Value PSTN line(s) with a Minimum Period of 12 months, the monthly line rental due for that line will be £17.00 (excluding VAT);

A New Contract does not include the resign of a contract for an existing line.

(b) for customers who do not already have a contract with BT for a Business PSTN line, who are contracting for a Business PSTN line as follows, which is either a new line installation, or the takeover of an existing BT line (a "New Customer Contract"), who enters into a New Customer Contract for a BT Business Value PSTN line(s) with a Minimum Period of 24 months, the monthly line rental due for that line will be £15.00 (excluding VAT).

(c) for customers who do not have a contract with BT for a Business PSTN line whose line was originally installed by BT and who enters into a contract for BT Business Value PSTN to which a 24 month Minimum Period applies for that line, the monthly line rental due for that line will be either £15.00 or £12.00 per month (excluding VAT) as notified to customers at the time of entering into the contract.

2. Customers will be notified at the time of entering into the contract of the applicable charges.

3. At the end of the Minimum Period, the charges for the BT Business Value PSTN line(s) will revert to the standard published line charges applicable to a contract for BT Business Value PSTN Line to which a 12 Month Minimum Period applies.

4. BT's standard published terms and conditions apply including early termination charges if Customers terminate the contract within the Minimum Period.

5. Charges and conditions are subject to change as detailed in BT's standard published terms and conditions.

6. Where the BT Business Value PSTN line is included in the following packages:

• (i) BT Business One Plan (all variants)
• (ii) BT Business Plan
• (iii) BT Accumulate
• (iv) BT Business Flex

Spend on that line will be Non-Eligible and Contributory. (This means that the line will not be eligible for any discounts or benefits of the package but the spend on the line will contribute to the committed spend of the package.)

For BT Business Complete the spend will be Contributory Spend.

Other than specified above, the BT Business Value PSTN line may not be included in any other calls and/or lines discounts package benefit and will not count towards any Committed Spend of such a package.

7. BT Business Value lines do not have aux working so cannot be used as a multi-line or connected with a rack or switch. See Section 1 Part 2 for more information.

8. BT reserves the right to withdraw these charges at any time and without notice.
