Conditions BT Business Hosted Voice Plus is provided on BT's terms and conditions for BT Business One Plan. The following additional conditions apply to BT Business Hosted Voice Plus: 1. Access Lines Where the number of Access Lines falls below 101, the customer will no longer be eligible for BT Business Hosted Voice Plus but will be eligible for Standard One Plan Plus. The customer may: (a) choose to move to Standard One Plan Plus in accordance with the migration rules published under BT Business One Plan in which case a new Commitment Period will apply; or (b) choose not to move to Standard One Plan Plus in which case the BT Business One Plan Plus contract (including BT Business Hosted Voice Plus) will terminate and reconciliation charges will be applied in accordance with the rules set out in BT Business One Plan. Where the customer terminates all Access Qualifying Services the customer's contract for BT Business One Plan Plus (including BT Business Hosted Voice Plus) will terminate and the published reconciliation rules will apply. The Customer will not qualify for BT Business One Plan, BT Business One Plan Plus or BT Business One Plan Traditional. 2. Featureline Corporate Where the customer has existing Featureline Corporate lines and wishes those lines to be included within BT Business Hosted Voice Plus, and: (a) there is more than 12 months remaining on the Minimum Period for the applicable lines, those lines can be included and the customer does not have to re-sign the contract for those lines in order for them to be included in BT Business Hosted Voice Plus; or (b) there is less than 12 months remaining on the Minimum Period for the applicable lines, those lines can be included within BT Business Hosted Voice Plus provided that the customer re-signs the Featureline Corporate contract for those lines. Where the percentage of Featureline Corporate lines falls below 40%, and: (a) the customer retains more than 100 Access Lines, the customer will no longer be eligible for the BT Business Hosted Voice Plus variant and will not be eligible for Standard BT Business One Plan Plus. The customer's contract for BT Business One Plan Plus (including BT Business Hosted Voice Plus) will terminate and reconciliation charges will be applied in accordance with the rules set out in BT Business One Plan. (b)The customer retains less than 101 Access Lines, the customer will no longer be eligible for the BT Business Hosted Voice Plus variant but will be eligible for Standard One Plan Plus. The customer may: (i) choose to move to Standard One Plan Plus in accordance with the migration rules published under BT Business One Plan in which case a new Commitment Period will apply; or (ii) choose not to move to Standard One Plan Plus in which case the BT Business One Plan Plus contract (including BT Business Hosted Voice Plus) will terminate and reconciliation charges will be applied in accordance with the rules set out in BT Business One Plan. 3. BT Business One Plan and/or BT Business One Plan Plus In order to qualify for BT Business Hosted Voice Plus the customer must sign a BT Business One Plan Plus contract with a Commitment Period of 24 months. Where the customer has an existing BT Business One Plan or BT Business One Plan Plus contract the customer must sign a new BT Business One Plan Plus contract with a Commitment Period of 24 months. The migration rules set out in BT Business Plan will apply. 4. Mobile Qualifying Service In order to qualify for and remain on BT Business Hosted Voice Plus the customer must have and retain a Mobile Qualifying Service. Where the customer terminates the Mobile Qualifying Service and as a result has no Mobile Qualifying Service the customer is no longer eligible for BT Business Hosted Voice Plus and the following rules will apply: (a) the customer has more than 100 Access Lines, the customer will no longer be eligible for the BT Business Hosted Voice Plus variant and will not be eligible for Standard BT Business One Plan Plus. The customer's contract for BT Business One Plan Plus (including BT Business Hosted Voice Plus) will terminate and reconciliation charges will be applied in accordance with the rules set out in BT Business One Plan. (b) The customer has at the same time as the termination of the Mobile Qualifying Service reduced his Access Lines to less than 101 Access Lines, the customer will no longer be eligible for the BT Business Hosted Voice Plus variant but will be eligible for Standard One Plan Plus. The customer may: (i) choose to move to Standard One Plan Plus in accordance with the migration rules published under BT Business One Plan in which case a new Commitment Period will apply; or (ii) choose not to move to Standard One Plan Plus in which case the BT Business One Plan Plus contract (including BT Business Hosted Voice Plus) will terminate and reconciliation charges will be applied in accordance with the rules set out in BT Business One Plan. 5. Commitment Period TheAt BTthe Businessend One Plan Plus rules about roll over of the Commitment Period willand applyany toSubsequent BTCommitment BusinessPeriod, Hostedthe Voicerules Plus.
set out in the BT Business Plan Price List Entry will apply to BT Business Hosted Voice Plus.
6. Fair Usage 1. BT Business Hosted Voice Plus is subject to the following fair use rules: a) Customers are entitled to an average of four hours calling per day of Capped Calls (for each call type for which there is a Capped Call price) from any one line to any one number throughout each calendar month. Usage beyond this level will be subsequently charged at BT Business One Plan pence per minute prices as set out in Tables A, B and F in the BT Business One Plan price list entry, unless, in addition, the average number of calls per day per calendar month to the relevant number is 16 or greater. The average of four hours per day per calendar month is calculated by dividing the total duration of Capped Calls to any one number in any calendar month by the number of days in that calendar month. The average number of calls to any one number per day per calendar month is calculated by dividing the total number of Capped Calls to any one number in any calendar month by the number of days in that calendar month. b) Customers are entitled to an average of four hours calling per day of intra business zero-rated calls from any one line to any one number in the customer's inventory through each calendar month. Usage beyond this level will be subsequently charged at BT Business One Plan pence per minute prices as set out in Tables A and F of the BT Business One Plan rates., The average of four hours per day per calendar month is calculated by dividing the total duration of zero-rated calls to any one number in any calendar month by the number of days in that calendar month. The average number of calls to any one number per day per calendar month is calculated by dividing the total number of zero-rated calls to any one number in any calendar month by the number of days in that calendar month. c) The total of the customer's intra-business zero-rated calls must not exceed 75% of the customer's total BT Business One Plan Plus (including BT Business Hosted Voice Plus) minutes. 2. Breach of the Fair Use Rules If the customer breaches sub paragraph (c) above, BT may terminate the BT Business One Plan Plus contract, including the BT Business Hosted Voice, in which case: a) The Customer will automatically commence a BT Business One Plan contract to which a new 24 month Commitment Period will apply; and (b) the Committed Spend applicable to the BT Business One Plan Plus (including BT Business Hosted Voice Plus) contract will apply to the BT Business One Plan contract; and (c) the terms and conditions and charges for BT Business One Plan will apply* (including the reconciliation rules and charges); and (d) reconciliation charges may apply to the terminated BT Business One Plan Plus contract; and (e) Customers may not migrate back to BT Business One Plan Plus (or the BT Business One Plan Plus including BT Business Hosted Voice Plus) until the Commitment Period applicable to the new BT Business One Plan contract has expired. *The terms and conditions for BT Business One Plan are - Conditions for BT Business One Plan, Service Schedule and the BT Business One Plan Price List Entry.
