A reconciliation charge will apply in the following circumstances: |
If the Customer's Contract Period Rental Spend on the Spend Measurement Date in any year within the Contract Period or Subsequent Contract Period is less than 90% of the Annual Rental Spend that the Customer selected. |
Or |
the Customer terminates the Contract before the end of the Contract Period or Subsequent Contract Period and before reaching 90% of the Annual Rental Spend. |
Then the Customer shall pay a reconciliation charge which will be equal to the sum of all credits given under the BT Access Credit Scheme for the current Contract Period. |
The reconciliation charge will be invoiced as appropriate at the end of a Contract Period or Subsequent Contract Period. |
