The terms applicable to this scheme are the Conditions for BT Access Credit Scheme (`the Conditions'). Rollover Contracts Customers who commit to an Annual Rental Spend of £5000.00 or more and have 11 or more employees These are contracts which will rollover to a Subsequent Contract Period (to which the Annual Rental Spend will apply) upon expiry of a Contract Period or Subsequent Contract Period unless the Customer ends the Contract between the sixth day before the end of a Contract Period or Subsequent Contract Period and the 28th day after the end of a Contract Period or a Subsequent Contract Period. Non Rollover Contracts Customers who commit to an Annual Rental Spend of £4999.99 or less These are contracts which will not rollover to a Subsequent Contract Period at the end of the current Contract Period. At the end of the current Contract Period: a. BT will measure the Annual Rental Spend and apply reconciliation charges as appropriate. b. Thereafter the following will apply: i) the contract will continue until terminated by either party as detailed in the Conditions and ii) the Subsequent Contract Period, Annual Rental Spend and reconciliation charge will no longer apply. Contracts with an Annual Rental Spend of £4999.99 or less are not available for new supply with effect from 1 January 2012. |
