Pricing Information

  • 1.Prices associated with the following Committed Call Spend amounts are available for 1 or 2 year Contract Periods. BT Customer Commitment prices only apply to PST call spend. BT Mobile Call Spend and BT Mobile Line Rental Spend will be charged at the BT Mobile prices specified in the Customer's BT Mobile Services or BT Business Mobile Services Contract.
  • -for each of the following BT Customer Commitment options:-
  • - Option 1 - includes Local and National geographic call prices with tariff period variation. There is a minimum call charge for calls with this option. Option 1 - includes Local and National geographic call prices with tariff period variation. There is a minimum call charge for calls with thisoption. Within this option customers may opt (at the time of application for BT Customer Commitment or on Contract renewal) for an Inland Rate (as shown in the tables below) for calls to fixed lines in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland from Northern Ireland. Please note: This inland option was withdrawn from supply as of 30th June 2009.
  • - Option 3 - includes Local and National geographic call prices without tariff period variation up to and including the £100000.00Committed Call Spend tier. All IDD prices are without tariff period variation. There is a minimum call charge for calls with this option. Option 2 -Please Note: BTCC Option 2 was withdrawn from Supply on 30th June 2009. Customers on this product have been migrated to BTCC Option 3 with Effect from 30th June 2009. Includes Local and National geographic call prices with tariff period variation. There is a set-up charge for calls with this option. Within this option customers may opt (at the time of application for BT Customer Commitment or on Contract renewal) for an Inland Rate (as shown in the tables below) for calls to fixed lines in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland from Northern Ireland. Please note: This inland option was withdrawn from supply as of 30th June 2009.
  • -Option 32 and Option 4 were withdrawn from supply with effect from 30th June 2009.
  • In addition to the above, Customers can elect to have an option, BT Call Centre Advance (CCA), at the time of choosing BT Customer Commitment. CCA is an outbound calling option. By paying a monthly channel and/or line fee, Customers will be able to benefit from reduced charges for inland, national geographic and fixed to mobile calls. The monthly fee and associated call charges under CCA will contribute towards the Total Contributory Call Spend for BT Customer Commitment, See -Section 60:Part 21:BT Call Centre Advance.
  • In addition to the above, Customers can elect to have an option, 'BT Customer Commitment with BT Mobile.'
  • Customers wishing to take the 'BT Customer Commitment with BT Mobile' option must:
  • (a) sign a new Contract with either a 12 or 24 months Contract Period; and
  • (b) in the case of a Customer with a new BT Mobile Contract, in addition to completing the Application Form, specify in the Customer's BT Mobile Contract this option and the relevant BT Mobile tariff to be included. BT Mobile Spend will be included as Non-Eligible & Contributory Call Spend. Customers moving from an existing Contract will be subject to any existing Terms and Conditions regarding migration and reconciliation/reward of that existing Contract
  • 2. Nominal Committed Spend - includes Local and National geographic call prices without tariff period variation up to and including the [Price] Committed Call Spend tier. All IDD prices are without tariff period variation. There is a minimum call charge for calls with this option.
  • -Option 4 - Please Note: BTCC Option 4 was withdrawn from Supply on 30th June 2009. Customers on this product have been migrated to BTCC Option 3 with Effect from 30th June 2009. Includes Local and National geographic call prices without tariff period variation up to and including the [Price] Committed Call Spend tier. All IDD prices are without tariff period variation. There is a set-up charge for calls with this option
  • Please note: The BT Business Class product has been fully withdrawn as of 12th March 2009.
  • - In addition to the above - BT Business Class - is available with any of the BT Customer Commitment Options (1-4 above), with a Committed Call Spend of greater than ?250000. BT Business Class can be combined with a 'BT Customer Commitment with BT Mobile' Contract.
  • The following tiers are available within BT Business Class:
  • a) Tier 1 for Customers with a Committed Call Spend of ?5000000 and above.
  • b) Tier 2 for Customers with a Committed Call Spend of ?2500000 to ?4999999.99.
  • c) Tier 3 for Customers with a Committed Call Spend of ?250000 to ?2499999.99.
  • The Tier status within BT Business Class determines the level of BT Call Alert (See Section 15. Part ), Call Management Information (CMI) (See Section 2. Part 19) and Enhanced Raw Data (ERD)(which is part of Enhanced Information Statistics Reports)(See Section 2. Part 6) provision. The level of such provision for each tier is specified in the BT Call Alert, CMI and ERD sections of the Price List. Customers are required to agree to the Terms and Conditions for BT Call Alert, CMI and ERD
    • Please note: The Call Alert product was withdrawn 31 January 2010.
    • -In addition to the above, Customers can elect to have an option, BT Call Centre Advance (CCA), at the time of choosing BT Customer Commitment. CCA is an outbound calling option. By paying a monthly channel and/or line fee, Customers will be able to benefit from reduced charges for inland, national geographic and fixed to mobile calls. The monthly fee and associated call charges under CCA will contribute towards the Total Contributory Call Spend for BT Customer Commitment, See Section Part - BT Call Centre Advance.

    • -In addition to the above, Customers can elect to have an option, 'BT Customer Commitment with BT Mobile.'
    • Customers wishing to take the 'BT Customer Commitment with BT Mobile' option must:

      • - In addition to the above - BT Business Class - is available with any of the BT Customer Commitment Options (1-4 above), with a Committed Call Spend of greater than ?250000. BT Business Class can be combined with a 'BT Customer Commitment with BT Mobile' Contract.
      • The following tiers are available within BT Business Class:

        • 2.Eligible & Contributory Calls

        The BT Customer Commitment call prices associated with the Committed Call Spend amounts and Contract Periods are shown in the tables at the end of this section. The qualifying call types and other information relating to Eligible & Contributory Calls are shown in the following paragraphs:-

        • (a)BT Customer Commitment call prices apply to PSTN and ISDN calls (including ISDN International 64k/bits data calls) for the following call types Local, National, Fixed to Mobile, International, International Mobile, ISDN International 64 k/bits data, BT Chargecard and Inmarsat Calls.
        • (b)The international routes within BT Customer Commitment chargebands for IDD and International ISDN 64k/bits data calls are specified within this entry. These chargeband definitions are different to BT's standard chargeband definitions.
        • 34.Non-Eligible & Contributory Calls
        • (a)All other PSTN call spend (excluding VAT), ISDN call spend (excluding VAT) and BBV Call Spend (excluding VAT) is also included in the Total Contributory Call Spend for BT Customer Commitment, including quarterly rentals on Night Caller, Afternoon Caller, Evening Caller, Weekend Caller and Evening Caller Plus.
        • (b)BT Mobile Spend will be included as Non-Eligible & Contributory Call Spend.
        • (c)IDC Call Charges made using the International Direct Connect product;
        • (d)All other calls not specified in 23. above will be charged at BT's standard published prices. BT Mobile Call Spend and BT Mobile Line Rental Spend will be charged at the BT Mobile prices specified in the Customer's BT Mobile Services or BT Business Mobile Services Contract.
        • (e) BT IP Trunk - access and call spend.
        • (f) BT SIP Trunk - access and call spend.

        Note:

        Where the Customer's calls and / or rental/access spend is included in another calls and / or line package, that call and rental spend will not contribute to the Customer's Total Contributory Spend.

        • 45. Minimum Call Charge and Call Set-up charges

        The minimum call charge for those calls charged at BT Customer Commitment option 1 prices is 5p (exc. VAT). For all other calls within these options BT's minimum call charge applies.

        The minimum call charge for those calls charged at BT Customer Commitment option 3 prices is 2.8p( exc. VAT ). For all other calls within these options BT's minimum call charge applies .

        A Call Set-up charge of [Price] (exc. VAT) will be applied to all calls charged at BT Customer Commitment option 2 and 4 prices. For all other calls within these options BT's minimum call charge applies. Please Note: BTCC Option 2 & 4 were withdrawn from Supply on 30th June 2009. Customers on these products have been migrated to BTCC Option 3 with Effect from 30th June 2009.

        • 5.Exclusions

        Total Contributory Call Spend does not include spend on: Inbound services; FeatureNet; FeatureNet Embark; private services; access connection, BT Mobile Direct, BT Mobile TalkTime, Broadband spend (with the exclusion of BBV Call Spend) and all rental charges except as shown in 3(a)& 3(b) above; system, network and apparatus products; PSTN/ISDN Call Allowances.
