Charge Bands - Exclusions (these exclusions do not apply to the Unlimited Calls Package)

The following charge bands:

fm2, fm7, fm10 - 13

Are excluded from:

(a) Any discounted calls stated on the Order Form;

(b) The Capped Calls Option

The rates for these calls can be found in the BT Price List Entry for BT Business Flex Section 56:Part 24:

Unlimited Calls Package - Inclusions

The Unlimited Calls Package applies to the following Calls where they have been initiated on Lines to which the Unlimited Call Package has been applied:

• Inland Calls which are defined as: 01, 02, 03, 05 (where charged at g21 rates), 0870, 0845 and calls from Northern Ireland to fixed destinations in the Republic of Ireland;
• Fixed to UK mainland Mobile calls (excludes calls to specialised numbers and other rates);
• Fixed to IDD fixed destination Calls subject to the exceptions listed below.

Unlimited Calls Package - Exclusions

The following are excluded from the Unlimited Calls Package:

2. Calls to IDD Mobiles, IDD PRS and ISDN 64k International data calls

The rates for these calls will be as per the Standard Contract.
