Part 3:One Cloud Cisco (UK)


Subpart 2:Pricing Information

Rental charges are billed monthly or quarterly in advance, call charges are billed monthly or quarterly in arrears.

One Cloud Cisco service is only available where a customer orders a minimum of 100 Standard, ML, Executive or Trunk Line Appearances.

Total Care is included in the rental charges, where BT aims to fix within 24 hours of the fault being recorded.

Line Service

Line Appearances

Line Appearances do not include Voicemail.

A Standard Line Appearance connects to Cisco phone types 790x, 793x (specific models are specified in the product description) or per line terminations on Analogue Telephony Adapters, VG202, 204, 224.

A Multi-Line (ML) Line Appearance connects to Cisco phone type 794x, 796x (specific models are specified in the product description). These Multi-Line appearance phones can be provided as a single line appearance, or in shared line configurations, where a line appears across many phones. Alternatively some line appearance buttons can be configured with additional line appearances (e.g. 2nd lines) or speed dial numbers.

An Executive Line Appearance connects to Cisco phone type 797x, and 7985 (specific models are specified in the product description). These Multi-Line appearance phones can be provided as a single line appearance or in shared line configurations, such as manager / secretary, where a line appears across two phones, and with intercom. Alternatively some line appearance buttons can be configured with additional line appearances (e.g. 2nd lines) or speed dial numbers.

Line Appearances on non-Cisco SIP phones are charged at the Executive Line Appearance rate.

A Mobility User Line Appearance is a line appearance assigned to a nomadic user in order to allow them to log-on and make and receive calls to their personal telephone number on an adopted IP Phone.

Mobility User Line Appearances do not include Voicemail, if required this will need to be ordered separately (see below).

These charges are in addition to any Standard, ML or Executive Line Appearance charges.

Adds, Moves & Changes

Adds, Moves and Changes apply after initial provision. Adds are treated as provisions. Moves and Changes refer to reconfiguration of initially provided features or the activation of features available but not chosen at initial configuration. There are numerous options which are grouped into Type A or Type B changes. These are available in detailed Product Descriptions. If the requirement does not fall within these options Timescale charges will apply (see Section 15 Part 8)

The standard user interface is via IP Phone (the user interaction being via the LCD display and keypad) and is free of charge. Customer level Administrator Web based interface is provided per customer and is accessed via BTs GS Portal. The following charges apply to user interfaces. Users besides the phone interface may optionally chose a Web based User Login. Administrators responsible for Users at a location, division or customer wide domain may be allocated with a Web based Location Administrator Login or a Web based Customer / Divisional Administrator Login .

Call Charges

Call charge rates for calls terminating outside of the customers network are charged as per BT Premier Value Band A. (See Business Customer Options,BT Premier Value) with the exception that all local and national calls will be charged at the g21 chargeband rate. OnNet calls between the customer's sites will be carried over the customer data network without charge.

Where customers have opted to deploy One Cloud Cisco services in conjunction with Featurenet services to realise a single dual technology (TDM/IP) voice network, calls that originate from a customers One Cloud Cisco site and terminate on a Featurenet site in the same customer network are to be considered OnNet and are carried without charge.

Call Commitment Value

The contracted quarterly Call Commitment Value is assessed against a customer's quarterly call spend on any call type made via the customer's One Cloud Cisco service. Any shortfall between the customer?s quarterly call spend and the quarterly Call Commitment Value will be charged in full to a single account. This single account can be nominated by the customer.
