From 1 July 2015 calls to 084, 087, 09 and 118 numbers will consist of an Access charge and a Service charge. The Access charges for Business calls from fixed lines will be priced as per the rate for a National Geographic calls set out in the BT Price List (1).

All Access charge calls are uncapped (2). Services charges will vary according to the specific number called and can be found in Section 2, Part 1, Subpart 6.

Note 1 - Non-standard call charges will be priced as per the rate for a non-geographic call as set out in the customer's contract or charges schedule where applicable.
