The credit is incremental, for example if the Customer chooses Annual Rental Spend of £600000.00 , and assuming within the Contract Period the Customer's Total Eligible Rental Spend is equal or greater than £600000.00, the following incremental credit will be applied:

£0.00- £14999.99 Credit at 18% on £14999.99

£15000.00- £149999.99 Credit at 22% on £135000.00

£150000.00- £499999.99 Credit at 24% on £350000.00

£500000.00- £600000.00 Credit at 25% on £100000.01

No Rental Credit will be applied to any spend above £600000.00.

Line premiums as part of a BT Customer discount option will not contribute towards the Annual Rental Spend. Also for those options which include an inclusive call allowance, the consequential rental premiums will not contribute towards the Annual Rental Spend. For such options the line rental of the Standard Option will be used as the contribution towards the Annual Rental Spend. For example ISDN2 Start Up and Call Plan options both include an inclusive call allowance and for such options the Low Start Option rental will be used as the contribution towards the Annual Rental Spend. Where the Customer opts for either 3 or 5 year long term commitment options, the resultant discounted rental will be used as the contribution towards the Annual Rental Spend.

The credits will be applied on a quarterly basis to the bill account nominated by the Customer and agreed with BT. At the end of the 12-month Contract Period on the Spend Measurement Date, BT will compare the Contract Period Rental Spend with the Customers Annual Rental Spend. If the Contract Period Rental Spend is less than the Annual Rental Spend, BT will undertake a reconciliation in accordance with the reconciliation rules shown below.
