Pricing Information With effect from 1 January 2012, Customers must commit to an Annual Rental Spend of ?5000.00 or more

The credit is incremental, for example if the customer chooses Annual Rental Spend of £200000.00, and assuming within the Contract Period the Customers Total Eligible Spend is equal or greater than £200000.00, the following incremental credit will be applied: | |||||||||||||||
No Rental Credit will be applied to any spend above £200000. | |||||||||||||||
Line premiums as part of a BT Customer discount option will not contribute towards the annual rental spend. | |||||||||||||||
The credits will be applied on a quarterly basis to the bill account nominated by the Customer and agreed with BT. At the end of the 12-month Contract Period on the Spend Measurement Date, BT will compare the Contract Period Rental Spend with the Customers Annual Rental Spend. If the Contract Period Rental Spend is less than the Annual Rental Spend, BT will undertake a reconciliation in accordance with the reconciliation rules shown below. | |||||||||||||||
