| The BT Business Hub
| (a) requires a BT approved telephone for use with BT Broadband Voice. BT Broadband Voice is provided under a separate contract subject to BT's Conditions for Business Broadband Voice Service. (The BT approved telephone may be purchased separately from BT subject to BT's Conditions of Sale, or rented as part of the BT Broadband Voice Service); | (b) may be purchased separately from BT subject to BT's Conditions of Sale. The charge will be as set out above under ?BT Business Broadband Wires only?. |

Usage charges | | If the Customer exceeds the usage allowance included in the option chosen, BT will charge the Customer for the additional usage as set out in the table below for each month the usage is exceeded. |

Excess Construction and Distance Based Charges | | (a) The excess construction charges referred to in the Service Schedule will be calculated by reference to Section 45 of the BT Price List. | (b) The distance based charges referred to in the Service Schedule will be calculated by reference to the table below. |

Help Desk Charges | | In the event that a Broadband Office customer contacts BT via telephone in respect of any issues relating to the Service, the Customer will be directed to a helpdesk. Calls to the helpdesk will be charged at national rates as set out in the BT Price List. |

Fault Attendance Charges | | The charge referred to in the Conditions the Service Schedule and the Customer Service Compensation Scheme - Annex is £235 (excluding VAT). Additional charges may apply if BT agrees to work outside the hours of 8am to 5pm, and for any replacement parts that may need to be provided. |

Abortive Visit Charge | | The abortive visit charge referred to in the Service Schedule is set out in Section 15, Part 8 of the BT Price List. |

BT ITSM and Tech Heads Charges | | BT will raise a charge of £25 per 30 minutes or part thereof, where BT agrees to provide complex support including the removal of Malware. |

Late Payment Charge | | Charges for late payment, including any charges for dishonoured payments, are set out in Section 15 of the BT Price List. |

Re-grade charge | | Depending upon the service option the Customer wishes to re-grade to, the Customer may be eligible to re-grade between BT Business broadband services subject to: (a) committing to a new Minimum Period for the service the Customer wishes to re-grade to; and (b) payment of a charge of £75. |

Ceasing Service Charge | | If the Customer ceases the Service, the andCustomer doeswill notpay request and use a migrationcharge accessof code to move to another service provider, the Customer will pay a charge of £25.00. |

Cancellation Charges | | If the Customer cancels the Contract or the Service at any time before BT provides the Service the Customer will pay: (a) a cancellation charge of £15; and (b) an abortive visit charge (if applicable); and (c) excess construction charges (if applicable and which will include Traffic Management Act permit charges if relevant) and (d) distance based charges (if applicable). |

Early Termination Charges | | The termination charges referred to in the Conditions for BT Business Service are any subscription, rental, and any other recurring charges (including inclusive usage charges) for any remaining part of the Minimum Period. |
