(1) Following upgrade, rental charges will be re-calculated as appropriate for the new service.

(2) For Cease/Provide upgrades, whilst the customer will order an upgrade, it will be necessary to submit two CRF's, one for the cease and the other for the new provide. At order entry the new provide will be entered as well as the cease, the cease will be placed on hold until the new circuit has been provided.

(3) The Standard Provision Lead-time for all service upgrades is 33 working days, subject to survey.

(4) To upgrade to RA02, the primary circuit will be upgraded without cost, a second circuit will also need to be installed at the normal connection charge. Rentals will be revised in line with standard rentals for RA02. Should significant re-routing be required then additional charges may apply.

(5) FOC - Free of Charge.

(6) Upgrades cannot be ordered until the existing service has been installed for 90 working days.

Conditions

Service is provided under BT's `Conditions for Private Services'.

All orders taken for the provision of service are subject to a complete site survey and feasibility checks to ensure that service can be provided. Where service cannot be provided, the order will be cancelled without liability.

BT's Conditions for Private Services apply to Short Haul Data Services. The relevant contract options can be found in Part 6of this Section.
