KiloStream Plus is not available as a delivery mechanism for KiloStream Assured Restore 128k. |
Eligibilty | | KiloStream Assured Restore is available to any customer with a KiloStream 64k or 128k circuit. There is no minimum order quantity or minimum expenditure requirement but a minimum 12 month rental period does apply. |

An internal shift (relocation of a circuit within the same building) for which there is a single payment charge of £109. Additionally a visit charge may be applicable see Section 15, Part 7 An external shift (relocation of one end of the circuit to a different building) where the new site can be served from the same exchange, for which there is a single payment charge of £380. An external shift (relocation of one end of the circuit to a different building) where the new site can only be served from a different exchange, for which there is a single payment charge of £520. | In addition, with external shifts in excess of 49 circuits, additional discounts are applicable. Refer to Section 12. Bulk connection, shift and/or upgrade charges for further information. |

| Migration Options | | Migration to NetStream 2000 is allowed at any time, even during the minimum period, without payment of any outstanding rental provided that: - (i)any outstanding connection charges are paid in full.
- (ii)the Terms and Conditions for NetStream 2000 are accepted.
- (iii)the minimum requirements for NetStream 2000 are met.
- (iv)the term of the NetStream 2000 contract is equal to, or greater than, the outstanding term of the existing contract.
