Charges for early termination of Fixed Term Contract are applicable (see Early Termination Charges for Fixed Term Contracts)

Early termination charges will not apply where a Customer on a Fixed Term Contract wishes to upgrade from Featureline Compact to ISDN 2 to ISDN 30, providing the new contract is of the same duration as the existing Featureline contract.

Note: As well as using the above codes, the following codes also need to be used on initial provision.
