1. The Offer is available from 14th April 14thuntil 20thApril 2015June until 30th June 2015 inclusive to Customers who order a New Broadband (as defined below) and to who BT, at its discretion and by invitation only, make the offer available to.

2. New Broadband means one of the following Broadband options;

• • BT Business Infinity,
• • BT Business Infinity Unlimited and
• • BT Business Infinity Premium

with a Minimum Period of 242 monthsyears.

3. Re-grades of any broadband product, where the customer is moving from a Broadband to an Infinity fibre product does not qualify as a New Broadband.

4. Where the CustomersCustomer orders a New Broadband, BT will discount the monthly rental charge by [Price] (five pounds) for the Minimum Period. At the end of the Minimum Period, the charges will revert to the standard rental charges applicable to the New Broadband option at that time as set out in the BT Price List and/or the Charges Schedule:

4.1 (a) sign new contracts for PSTN/ISDN with a Minimum Period of 2, 3 or 5 years; or

(b) resign a PSTN/ISDN line within the final 3 months of the customer's current contract; and

4.2 sign a new contract for New Broadband with a Minimum Period of 2 years

BT will discount the monthly rental charge by £5.00 (five pounds) for the Minimum Period. At the end of the Minimum Period, the charges will revert to the standard rental charges applicable to the New Broadband option at that time as set out in the BT Price List and/or the Charges Schedule

5. Connection charges will apply as set out in the Customer's Contract for the New Broadband.
