1. The Offer is available from 5th 18thMay until 31stMay Julyuntil 30th2015 inclusiveJune 2015to New Provide Customers (as defined below) and to newwho customersBT, atwho itsare discretionpurchasing and by invitation only, make the offer availablea to.BT Business Broadband product (as defined in paragraph 2 below) either online, or by telephone to customers who at BT's discretion and by invitation only make the offer available to.

2. New BT ProvideBusiness CustomersBroadband means:products include;

2.1. BT Business Broadbanda) Existing UnlimitedBT Business phone line customers with no previous broadband connection; or

2.2. BTb) Brand new BT Business customersBroadband with no previous broadband connection moving their phone line and calls to BT from another provider. Premium

3. Where New Provide Customers :sign new contracts for PSTN/ISDN and one of the broadband options set out in the table below, both with a Minimum Period of 24 months, BT will discount the broadband monthly rental charge as set out in the table below for the Minimum Period. At the end of the Minimum Period, the charges will revert to the standard rental charges applicable to the Broadband option at that time as set out in the BT Price List and/or the Charges Schedule.

3.1 (a) sign a new contract for PSTN/ISDN with a Minimum Period of 2, 3 or 5 years; or

(b) resign a contract for PSTN/ISDN line within the final 3 months of the customer's current contract; and

3.2 sign a new contract for one of the broadband options set out in the table below, with a Minimum Period of 2 years;

BT will discount the broadband monthly rental charge, as set out in the table below, for the Minimum Period. At the end of the Minimum Period, the broadband charges will revert to the standard monthly rental charges applicable to the Broadband option at that time as set out in the BT Price List and/or the Charges Schedule.

5. Customers who have resigned and re-graded from any broadband product are not New Provide Customers and are not eligible for this offer.
